I used to go here before work to get drinks and try some of their vapes, but after today I'm no longer going there. The younger Hispanic lady that I unfortunately always get was even more rude today. I handed her my ID, and she put it on my vape and slided it across the counter. She never says anything, and when my transaction is done instead of saying you're all set have a good day or anything like that she walks away. Their Vapes are absolute garbage. I've tried several different ones and they all taste burnt or they have no flavor at all. The doctor fizz one was especially the worst. It tasted like a nasty burnt bottle cap. Don't come here if you want good vapes. You're just wasting your money on nasty ones. If you want friendly service definitely do not come here none of the associates will even acknowledge your presence.

Biggest crooks ever, first time buying a vape here and the last. I bought a vape yesterday and it had burnt out after 20 hits, and the says that it looks like I damaged it, so he didn't want to exchange it. It literally had lint from my pocket so I wiped it off and he still insisted that I damaged it. He also said, "people like you always do this to us." Definitely have rude employees.

I've been going to this Mega Saver, about 18 months.. Never a problem untill I met thier very own Karen.. she is extremely unhappy. It couldn't be her co-workers they rock, great customer service. it "was" the main reason I got gas and chew there ( spent about $185 - $200 a week) because of several horrible interactions with Karen, she is just so angry. I have decided to spend it somewhere else. For being in a customer service oriented environment she lacks the simplest of customer interaction..., a smile.!

The absolute rudest gas station attendant! Apparently, she was super busy doing something more important than her job duties on a laptop when I needed help. I had to get into the store because "the pump does not like your card" while it was pouring rain. I asked to fill up and she was like, nope, cant do that, you have to give me an amount. Mind it, I am in a rental and have no idea how much would fill it up. The attendant rudely continues to put me down "I don't drive your car, so ..." Wow! I had to go back and forth a couple until I filled up the car, in the rain and she asked me to even go back yet again for a receipt...to the point where I almost drove off with the nozzle still in my car. Please, leave your issues at home, milady... This is NOT your place to fill up your car!

I visit this store almost every day and the staff are so nice especially the manager. The staff are so attentive to each customer's needs and extremely helpful.

Bathrooms are always closed never can wash the outside of your windows of your car no paper towels the trash by the pumps are always overflowing with trash neve has cups are lids stocked for fountain drinks very rude employees between Casey across the street I don't know which one is worse I will never come back here or Casey's I will never go to your location on so 24 or Abbott drive employees are rude and don't even bother looking in the cooler if you ask for a product worse customer service ever your location on 9th Ave I love they are super friendly and very nice to help customer maybe these other location need to go to 9th Ave council bluffs and take lesson on treating customers and the cleanliness of the store is always kept up

Tried to pre-pay gas on my credit card and the cashier just kind of looked at me walked away.Service is pretty rough at this place.
