“The equipment I purchased works as expected. I was disappointed though because the woman I talked to on the phone said they accepted my insurance (Medicare/United Healthcare Dual Complete/Medicaid), but when I arrived there I was informed that they don't accept United Healthcare, so I unfortunately had to pay out of pocket. On the other hand I did appreciate that the out of pocket cost was less than the quoted amount over the phone. They do have some other equipment there that I need but I'll have to check if I can find a place that accepts my insurance first. If not I will purchase from Mobilis.”
