Unfortunately the buying a new vehicle experience was mediocre. The typical "let’s hurry up and make a deal with you" rather than letting you take your time to look at other vehicles on the lot. Old school sales tactics with the rep I had. Essentially had to be firm with the rep to let me look before I buy. Only reason why I finished the purchase was because they were the only ones that had the truck models I wanted in stock. Sales guy also scratched the paint when filling it up with gas with the fuel nozzle then made excuses to me when I mentioned the damage. Overall I wish it had been better but I’m sorry it just wasn’t.. visiting the dentist was a better experience.

I want to tell you guys a little something about McMullen Ford. Something most people don't realize is that one of the world's most incredible car-people works there! His name is Josh Salisbury (yes, like the frozen steak meal you had during your childhood). He is by far, one of the most incredibly talented people I have ever met (at juggling) and is even better at car sales! He will make sure you get the best possible deal, and leave with a smile on your face. Walk on to their beautiful showroom floor, and ask the kind receptionist working you want to speak with JOSH!

We needed a new car unexpectedly, so we called them up and they were great. We got exactly what we wanted and they made sure we didn’t buy more than we needed. We didn’t feel pressured to add anything extra. We’re definitely planning to buy from this dealership again.

The team at McMullen Ford was extremely great to work with! I got the pleasure to work with Dan, Daryl, and Richard.. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a friendly smile. The showroom and lot was clean and well-organized, making it easy to browse through their extensive inventory. The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They took the time to understand my needs and budget, and they never pressured me into making a quick decision. Instead, they provided me with all the information I needed to make an informed choice. I especially appreciated their transparency about the pricing and financing options.
During the test drive, the salesperson was patient and answered all my questions about the car's features and performance. Once I decided on a vehicle, the purchasing process was smooth and straightforward. The finance team worked hard to get me the best possible deal, and they explained everything in detail, so there were no surprises.

I was treated like the only person that mattered during the build, order, purchase, & new vehicle orientation. Ron Archer made it easy every step. Clean friendly facility, even their service bays. Definitely look at McMullen Ford first for new or used. I did both.

Very rude Manager. After putting 6,500 down on a 27,000 vehicle the first round of numbers were 33,000.???? When asked to explain the salesman was purposely apologizing stating I thought the car was 27,000. There was a sign hanging front the rear view mirror that said $27,285 ends 4-2-2024. The sales manager said the car was starting off at 33,000. Either way there numbers do not add up and they could not explain, they were truly trying to scam us and wasn't even nice about it. DO NOT USE THEM GO ELSEWHERE.

if I could I’d give zero stars. Was quoted around $150 for a vehicle diagnostic, engine blew up, they didn’t get to my car until the day the warranty expired, told me my engine was covered under warranty, held my vehicle for FIVE months while they waited for the part to be ready, just to call me and tell me it was not covered under warranty & handed me $1000 bill ($900 something) with diagnostic fee as the only item and told me it wasn’t covered under warranty due to not having all oil change receipts (rookie car owner mistake I will admit) however I would have liked to have been notified of hidden fees prior to leaving it sit on their lot for 5 months.
