“I normally don't write reviews for mail service BUT, this store is amazing. The staff is awesome and so professional. Me and my husband visit this site ALOT and they always have super quick service and are always very friendly. One of the staff members especially, Caleb ALWAYS has an AMAZING attitude and is always so happy and willing to help with whatever you need, he's always very joyful and smiley. I tried reaching out to corporate to let them know that the staff at their Bellevue location ROCKS, but unfortunately, they seem impossible to get a hold of. I called to speak with the store manager Allison and she was super nice and seems like a great manager and it shows through the stores operations. This is by far my favorite mail service location to visit, quick service, super clean and organized store, and the staff provides amazing customer service.
