Terrible customer service. Took 3 watches in for batteries in Dec. Waited 2 months for a call telling me they were ready. Finally went back to ask and she had lost 2. Tried to dismiss it by say they weren't worth anything. She didn't put 2 watches on her ticket so I was out of luck. Tried to talk to her about it and was scolded. She said she had been doing it for 30 years so the customer was wrong. Dirty store.. Way overpriced compared to the rest of the market. NOT RECOMMENDED.

I needed a watch engraved. I usually try to use local instead of chains. I found them and thought I'd give them a shot. Absolutely thrilled. It was done when she said and looked great and cost less than I thought. Will recommend and return.

I walked in there for ear piercings & a helix. She was able to reopen my ear holes and put earrings in without repiercing. Nice! Then she started talking about a moke behind my ear, giving me a whole life story/lecture about having it checked. In my head I’m thinking I’m only here to get piercings! Not hear about a little mole like I’m at the drs office. She told me she could do my helix but that it would hurt and not to jump from the piercing gun. first of all you should never tell somebody how much it hurts. & how can anybody expect me not to jump?! It’s a natural reaction.

The owner had me start some electrical work at her new shop with an apt.above shop. She was never there to unlock shop so we could run power cord from dwn.stairs to new apt.upstairs. she accusees me and my helper of stealing a ring that we did not take. But because i e been in trouble before i was forced into taking a plea deal & if i didnt they were gonna file hibitual charges on me if i took it to trial. She also kept approx.$1,400 of my tools. Very twisted and dishonest woman. And very irresponsible.

Love supporting small businesses especially in jewelry stores. Marti helped my daughter get her ears pierced and was very patient and nice. Overall happy experience and plan to buy my replacement wedding ring at Lynch’s Jewelry!

Best ear piercing experience ever! My 4 year old kept asking to get her ears pierced so we stopped in and Marti was extremely patient and nice. I highly recommend and only $25!
