Too crowded, products were too high up on the shelves...don't get me started on the prices ?

I gave the clerk my phone number to get the discounts and she said I didn't have an account. I lived in Omaha a few years ago and am pretty sure I had an account then, so not sure what happened. I asked if I could sign up at the register and she said no. I asked to use hers thinking there was a store courtesy number so that I could sign up later when I got home. She said no and that my only option would be to check out with customer service. I had $160 in groceries with frozen items, so that wasn't an option. Then, I went outside to my car and one of the gallon water jugs rolled out from the bottom of my cart down the parking lot and wedged itself under a car. I ran over to sort that out and meanwhile my cart rolled down the parking lot and almost hit a car. Luckily a guy stopped it. That is one of the worst graded parking lots I've ever seen. I looked at the bottom of the cart and saw it was also at an incline with nothing to stop my water jugs from rolling out. The donuts were dry too. Awful experience, hope I never have to shop at hyvee again.

Super clean store. Friendly staff. Easy to find anything you may need. Good selection of fresh meats and seafood. They have started running more deals as well.
