Terrible they have had prescriptions for me for too long that have gone unfilled. I've texted them due to problems hearing. I've gone there and spoke to four different people, all who reassured me that I had nothing to worry about which were all lies. I've had a friend call them to find out what was the problem. They lied again saying there's no problem and all my prescriptions would be delivered the next day. ? That didn't happen. Lied again. Wow. I guess I wasn't good enough for their pharmacy or maybe it's not good insurance. They should have told me instead of lying to me and giving myself and my friend false hope. Now I know who and what they are so don't worry I've stopped depending falsely on you and I've accepted the fact that you're not going to get my medicine. I'm trying to transfer them but this time I will ask many questions first.
If you need your medicine then go to a pharmacy that will be able to get them for you. Though if you are good enough for them maybe they will help. I wouldn't chance it if you have any doubts though. Good luck.

Nothing has changed.
No insulin. Diabetics are prescribed insulin for a reason. The saddest part is not getting your prescription because your body feels so bad. Never again. Biggest mistake. Then to keep lying is ridiculous. This is sad. I knew you were lying the last time I heard from you all which was only due to my honest review. Shame on you. LIARS!!!!

They've worked with my doctors and fought with my insurance company to ALWAYS get me the medicine I need. My favorite hy vee pharmacy!

I didn't catch her name, but the lady that answered the phone on Friday 12/15 at 6.46pm was very rude and condescending and interruptive.I used to work at Hy-Vee and knowing Hy-Vee's core values and standards I would expect better and more from their employees.She definitely needs better training on customer service.However when I asked to speak to a pharmacist, Jessica helped me and was very friendly and kind and helpful and I appreciate that.

Normally I have great service here however two weeks ago on Friday when I went to pick up my prescription the gal at the drive through initially was kind and then when I reminded her there was a GoodRX coupon, she rolled her eyes and yelled that I should have told her before she rang it up. I asked her to not roll her eyes at me because it was rude and her and the pharmacist continued to talk about me while I could hear everything being said. The pharmacist was a gal with blonde hair and shorter. The drive through gal was a dark hair, shorter and a new hire. My children in the car asked why it was okay for her to do that, so not only did they do wrong but they did wrong in front of my kids.

I've used pharmacy delivery along because it's difficult for me to walk and I don't drive. I live exactly 6 blocks from the store on 25th and Bdwy, but today the driver didn't deliver in fact she wrote that I refused the delivery. I was home all day long and nobody from Hyvee showed up. Very disappointed, if the driver doesn't want to deliver meds then they should not be working.

The food section is wonderful! However, the pharmacy is ridiculous!!!!!! It's pretty much to me anyway, a bunch of high school kids back there that don't feel they need to do their job, and that's not right! When you have to do their job single time you want to fill a prescription that's not okay and then they lie to you it's even worse!!!! It's just getting worse and worse and worse someone within the Hy-Vee management team needs to address this and immediately!!!!!!!!!!

I needed fruit for a wound demonstration - yes you read that right. I was in town for work and they had grapefruits 2/3 which is a little pricey considering they weren't in the best shape. Considering i was using to imitate a wound that wasn't an issue but had i gone there to get some to eat it would be a different story. Staff was nice store was clean so overall good experience.

They were supposed to mail my mother in laws diabetic supplies still haven't received them as of yet 5-25-22 called them they said they would get her stuff in the mail.. Mind you I live 40 miles away and only pharmacy insurance will cover for diabetic meds and supplies

I have used this pharmacy in the past for some medical and had no issues. However I recently was prescribed a new medication as I am in the trial and error phase for what will help me with my condition. I call to get my script and am told that they cannot get it....I have never heard such a thing. There is not a shortage according to the FDA reporting and in my experience medication can be ordered. Sure there may be a delay but it can be ordered. I just feel they aren't being straight with me. If there is an issue with other meds I take I would most definitely prefer the truth rather than an obvious lie. I will be switching all scripts for myself and my family to another pharmacy that doesn't make me feel ostracized.

Registered online to schedule a Covid test here, as it is the closest place you can get to the airport, and on days they test, appointments start at 7AM. It doesn't appear that you can test every day of the week, though. Nonetheless, I was on the way to catch my flight by 7:05AM. Quick and easy!

I needed some groceries for a catering event I was doing this week and this place has a pretty good selection of produce when I only need one or two (like jalapenos or peppers in general), which is always helpful. The staff is very polite and helpful and the selection is pretty extensive. Their parking lot is huge and they have a gas station on the west side. Hy-Vee has also switched out their Market Grille for a Wahlburger's. I haven't tried that out yet but plan to at some point.

Stopped here to get some groceries and decided to pick up a donut. This isn't my first time here and the service is always great! They're happy to help with whatever questions you have. The parking lot is huge with ample parking and there are lots of items ranging from pre-made to now a Wahlburgers.
