I have never used a storage unit before, but this place has great customer service, and the people are great people.

This place is great ! I have fell on hard times to where I wasn't able to pay for a couple months and they were more than willing to help with payment arrangements. I am so greatful ! They are down to earth and understand that sometimes people struggle . I dont know of any other storage place that will work with you like them . I know my belongings are safe and sound . Thank you Holiday Storage for being patient.

Great to do business with. Straightforward. Clean facility. My only wish would be a way to pay online, but stopping by the office, or dropping a check via snail mail isn't too hard.

Love that it is always locked up and I don't have to worry about anything. Someone is always onsite . They have always been very friendly. I have used them twice now.

Called to inquire about units and the lady on the phone was not helpful. Asked about how much a smaller unit would hold and she said "I don't know," and then laughed and said "like maybe a closet?"
