hotel front desk staff knows how to correctly treat people, there's entitled disrespectful cashier soft count floor, there's possible executive whom harasses others, be careful when ever you play there

Rooms: Nearing completion of total remodel of the rooms. Very nice upgrade.

Rooms: We were up on the 6th floor, awesome view of MO River looking across to Omaha. Won about 1K playing on the slots. Room was spacious and very clean. Ate in Guy Fiery’s restaurant the 1st night and it was good.

My husband and two kids stayed one night and will not stay there again! We didn’t get any sleep as the neighbor next to us, yelled all night long. He yelled racial slurs and cussed for long periods until almost 5 in the morning. We called the front desk when this started to have security only say that there was a report of a disturbance and to keep it down. Then talked about room service. There was never follow up on a call that they were even told what was being said and that we had kids in the room. When we told the front desk at check out, they were uncaring and unprofessional.

We booked a room and had to cancel due to a emergency, we canceled within 15 minutes of the time we booked.Not reading all the terms just checked the box and only to find out a no refund if we cancelled what is that about??? Won’t happen again as we will never book there again. $192.00 they got of our money they are ripping people off just not right. I guess read all the small print.

Do not recommend. Got to the room blood or poop on the toilet had to get cleaned off. Had a free room from the casino but because the reservation was in my husband's name and not mine (even though we have the same last name) they said no won't uphold the free room. The plus is they allow dogs and they gave our dog a treat and were very friendly to her.
Rooms: I like there wasn't carpet in the room.

I like Harrahs, but they need more Lighting Link games. I cannot find any of the older Link games. I like the new area and the layout. Harrahs was boring before they brought the newer games in. I am not a smoker so I like the non smoking area but non smokers should have some lighting links also.

My girlfriend and I stayed at Harrah’s and have had a great time. The room was clean and crisp. The bed was soft and comfortable.We had an awesome experience playing 6/5 Blackjack with Penney as our dealer, he was funny ,cracking jokes with us, and kept the table entertaining. We finished our trip with eating at the 360 steakhouse. The service and food quality was great. The view of the river was very nice. Definitely would come back.
