Good place for decent tools. Not always the best tools but they have a solid warranty on most of their stuff. The membership, can't remember what it is called but it's worth it.

It is nice that it is close so I don't have to drive to northwest Omaha. The store is fairly clean and well stocked.

This Harbor Freight store was exceptionally well stocked and Mary pointed out some deals for us that couldn't be turned down. Very impressive and professional service.

I LOVE HARBOR FREIGHT!!!! So glad we have one in Council Bluffs. I've pretty much purchased 90% of tools, automotives stuff, tarps, car jack and I can't remember what here. My kids even love this place! The price is just right and it's a one stop shop when I need to fix something. People are helpful and the store is clean.

Staff is no help at all! Bought an Icon metric 3/8 short impact socket set and after opening I realized it was packaged wrong and the 16 was an 11/16. They have no way to check inventory or hold anything aside for me or if they do they’re too lazy to help paying customers! I was told to call in and see if they had one in stock. This was my answer instead of them having any customer service and putting it aside for me when I already paid for it. When I called I got the answer from another manager that I need to come in and look. They’re so lazy they can’t even go check a shelf! New management is needed badly at this location. Zero customer service and the managers seem to have no clue what they’re doing.

Prices are hard to beat. The parking lot is rough. Usually, call ahead to see if a larger item is in stock.

Bought a 15 gal. 12V spot sprayer a year ago and handle on the wand broke. I was told by manager at corporate that they do not have parts for this, and that I couldn't get them. They gave no help for me to try to get it fixed.

I entered the store looking for an item. I neglected to check the website before I went to the store, and I found that they were out of stock once I got there. I was about to leave empty-handed, but an employee approached me and asked if I needed help. Told him my situation and he referred me to the manager to find out when a shipment would arrive. The manager checked the back without hesitation or being asked. Turns out that had one that had just arrived. A+++ customer service.
