Feel really terrible. Signed in online via their website, got there ahead of time. Walked in, got greeted and sat to wait. Watched the board for my name. Another couple, white...because this matters it seems, came in behind me and were behind me on the wait list board. One of the hairdressers finished her client, looked at the board looked right at me and then called the woman behind me in line.
I thought, ok, she's elderly, they might know she only has this time.
But then the second hairdresser was done, she came up to the counter and from what I could see, wrote my name on a card, proceeded to throw it away and then called the husband of the lady behind me.
I realized then that it was deliberate and they did not want to serve me. I caught the last hairdresser as she was cashing out a customer and finally asked her to remove my name since I was obviously skipped over twice. She tried the "Oh honey were you greeted/checked in?" BS. I said yes but it didn't matter and left to meet up with my husband at the jiffy lube down the street.
Will never go to a greatclips especially this one for sure ever again. Hate that I have to even leave a star to leave a review.

I check in with their app; it depends upon the day the time I arrive; there's always different stylists; some print notes some won't print notes; some don't always pay attention to what the customer requests; some talk some won't talk, I still tip because that's what we're supposed to do even if it's not what I requested; if the haircut is not ever the best it's a good thing I use coupons; I receive advice their protocols is they'll fix haircuts but I got told no they won't; when I went into there for adjustments manager did same cut which didn't fix it; some of the staff stares which is harassment; I received responses, I'll be done there; I'll go elsewhere; I'll delete account; staff might not care; etc.

Requested style: I finally found the perfect stylist, Christina. The first time meeting with her, I gave her an idea of what I wanted and she more than exceeded my expectations. I have only been having her cut my hair now. 5 Stars!!!

My four-year-old daughter decided to cut her own hair and we came in 30 minutes before close And the woman there did absolutely amazing with the hair My daughter had left lol

Not bad service and cut. It wasn’t exactly what my son wanted but the picture he showed the stylist wasn’t the best. The cut looked good though. Price is very fair.

The guy who cut my hair was not personable & I could have cut my hair as well as he did for $17 I thought it was a rip off
