Gorilla Car Wash is a reliable and clean car wash where everything is always up and running, including the vacs, wash stalls, dryers, and wands. The owner is cool. However, there are some consistent issues. One location has a dryer that only dries one side of the vehicle, a problem for at least four years. The spot free rinse has misleading "high pressure" notes, as the regular rinse uses higher pressure, and the time limit can force a second paid cycle. Occasionally, machines do not take money or charge cards, leading to long waits. Some customers feel this warrants a free car wash.

    Didn't have a timer for the countdown so by the time I realized I was almost out it stopped I was just going to feed a few more quarters I only needed about 3 more minutes

    I love both the East end locations in Council Bluffs, but stay away from the west end one..the dryer only dries one side of your vehicle and it's pretty bad it's been that way for atleast 4 years. Time for a new updated one!!

    I HAD TO REPORT THAT ONE CAR WASH WOULDN'T TAKE MONEY OR CHARGE CARD IT TOOK OVER AND HOUR TO GET MY CAR WASHED OUT OF ONE LINE AND BACK AT THE END OF THE. OTHER ONE I THINK I NEED A FREE CAR WASH
