I've always had good service at all locations except for one time when I asked for a loan. Don't remember the gentleman's name but he had a corner office and wasn't very pleasant. If you hate your job or burnt out go on a vacation or quit. I ended up going somewhere else to get an auto loan because of him. I still bank with FNBO but it's because of the other staff that smile and greet customers.

The lady behind the register doesn’t understand English very well I wasn’t able to talk to her she couldn’t understand anything that I was trying to get across to her instead of being able to help me she just gave me a phone number and told me she couldn’t help me absolutely unacceptable will be closing this account not even a month after I opened it the number she gave me was a corporate number they do not even talk to customers an just hung up after stating such called back to this actual location an was told that I needed to provide proof of an address that’s was the whole issue the entire time they really need to train the counter workers better how was one guy able to find the problem in less than 2 minutes but the counter worker couldn’t get anywhere an she requested help from a manager a few times nobody came.

Love this bank. Everybody is so polite and helpful. Anyone that says different is probably unhappy at everything. I've had nothing but great experiences here.

Details on online banking always wrong never trust anything thier online stuff says tells you one thing but never goes through as it says it does... rude customer service always calls anything you say are semantics to avoid talking about anything they can't explain overall horrible company will never recommend them to anybody will be closing my accounts and going to another bank

Kevin L. Why was I getting people that hardly could speak English? And if you are really concerned, I would like to talk to you personally. Not to someone that only says they are sorry for how I was treated. You say this is not how you do business. Prove it. You call me personally. It would be interesting to hear why this happens and why you keep on letting it happen. I would like to start using your bank again. But only if I can get it in writing you have taken care of the rude company from out of this country. So next time, I have a problem I can talk to someone that does not have a bad temper. This is the reason this all got started. Is because they will not talk reason. And they have bad tempers. So, if you can promise me that you have fired that company and will change your ways. I will be happy to come back. But you need to say it on here. And you personally have to call me. This will prove you are a man of your word. If you can do this, I can give you a five star and I can put on here you are a man of your word. Thank you for your time. 928-706-0084

I’ve banked here for almost 5 years have a business account with them and all. I went to the west Broadway location recently and Ashley the clerk didn’t even greet and while I was there she threw my card on the counter and talked with and attitude. At the end she did not say “thank you have a great day” horrible customer service I love FNBO but will not return to the Broadway location will just continue to go to manawa location instead.

Never had any issues with any FNBO. Convenient locations for me, nice employees. Great customer service. The ATM at this location was the only thing I've ever had a problem with when trying to deposit money it always seems to have issues taking it, or it's out of order. Not a huge deal but I think they've fixed whatever issues they were having.

Worst bank you could open an account with. The employees at the West Broadway Council Bluffs location are horribly rude. Opened the account last month, closed it out this month. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME BANKING HERE.

Nicki Montelongo was the best loan officer I could have asked for when purchasing my home. I was not an easy customer at times and she handled me incredibly well. She gets things done against the odds and strives to make the experience as easy as possible! You definitely want her in your corner when you are crunching to meet deadlines! I will recommend her every chance I get.

Do not use this bank. I literally write every purchase down before making it. I went off the actual balance when transferring money over to my spending account. Everything went fine, then over a week later after not spending a dime. My account is negative, with all my purchases mixed up and with the charge date set to today. Now I have to transfer money over to bring my spending account to 0.The front desk guy that I called today just blamed me and didn't know much. Just read the transaction list that first national re organized. Could of been new though, definitely wouldn't be surprised.Do not use this bank, even if my situation doesn't happen to you. This bank is very slow in processing charges, so if you aren't okay with your charges from weeks ago being bumped to the top of your transaction list and subtracted from the amount you have now. Don't use this bank.
