Never have had any issues with any branches of FNBO. They've been my only bank, going on 15 years now. Always great customer service, nice cleanly branch, just the ATM machine can be down sometimes or not take my cash deposits which can be frustrating, but if I've ever had an issue it was resolved immediately.

The most unprofessional staff I've ever came across. Rude, lie to your face, and treat you less then a human is this branches motto. Also plenty of attitude is what you get from this branch. I reported this location and they are under review for my incident that happened a few days ago. Disability discrimination. Thankfully the other location across town, on Broadway, helped me in every way possible and so I will always go there!

It use to be that when you took money into a bank to exchange it they were happy to help you , now they want a percentage of your money to exchange it I will never open a account or do business with first national bank they are greedy and do not care about people.

Normally when I submit a review about A bank it should be an easy 5 stars. All they have to do is show some common courtesy. Before I stepped foot inside the bank the manager profiled me. Ill be switching banks very soon. Now I know you dont think much of these reviews because you think people are going to voice there opinion anyways. But just so you know Im followed by over 2000 people on my rates and reviews page. And I always give A company A chance to redeem themselves. After what was said to me Im not going to continue to bank with you but if you were to redeem yourself Id pull my review.

The current manager, Bryan Biederman, has consistently gone out of his way to quickly resolve any issues we have had with our business account. I also consistently experience the same level of service every time I physically go to this branch. Great place to bank.

Every time I go through the drive through the people are laughing and seem to be goofing around and they always put my money in the wrong account. Every single time. No fail. It's annoying. I tell them which account too or I say the account linked to the card I give them and it's like they just don't care. I don't feel like a valued customer here.
