The Fedex terminal in Council Bluffs, IA. is a joke! The worst service of anybody! I know the drivers are subcontracted and that problem number one for you! The drivers are total morons! Will you ever deliver a package on time?!? You're an embarrassment!

Absolutely disgraceful. Cannot find my address but you guys use Google maps which takes you right to my address. I’ve never had any difficulty getting a package from fedex or ups. Whom ever is the driver doesn’t understand county roads but yet If they used Google or any map they could find it easily. Wouldn’t recommend

My package was supposed to be delivered by 8:30 a.m and it hasn't been delivered yet and plus there was a residential delivery truck that came by my house and never stopped and if the driver claims that I wasn't home they are lying because I have been home all day waiting for this package I need someone to call me and if this is going to be the case every time I order something I will not longer use FedEx period at all

Had to go here in order to pick up late items due to extreme weather events that had delayed my packages. The staff was VERY HELPFUL, KIND, & INFORMATIVE ALL AROUND. The receptionist assisted me with having my packages held at the ground shipping department so I could pick them up myself as soon as they arrived at the facility that next morning!
I was a little lost upon 1st arrival- confused on which location was actually which? Beings there's TWO entrances here for FEDEX businesses here... So be sure to PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO THE PHYSICAL BUISDING'S ADDRESSES ON GOOGLE MAPS. **THE two locations' physical addresses ALMOST LOOK IDENTICAL upon 1st glance; BUT THEY ARE ACTUALLY 1 or 2 numbers different than each of their own physical address for both of the FEDEX locations here.

If your are any race with color looking to work at KKW be prepared. You will do unfair labor with unfair pay.The manger (Kevin) is insolent and doesn’t know how to treat people.The main boss (Adam) is money hungry and only cares about him.We worked in -11 degrees weather conditions, and the only thing he offered was boxes of pizza for his coworkers instead of bonuses, But can announce that he just went on a vacation to England. He picks and chooses favoritism and if your not in his favorite category he will make you feel like you owe him.This company is a waste and if your prepared to do tons of work for 500$ a week go for it! BE ADVISED! He also will pay certain individuals more because of what ever secret relationships he has with them kind of like P.diddy type of thing. Be aware!!

Same driver has now for two days in a row rang my doorbell and not given me time to get to the door and just left. I’m beyond furious. My package said delivery between 11am-3pm. it was 9:55am and the rang the doorbell and put the sticker on my door in the same instance and turned around and walked away. Have it all on my ring camera two days in a row. This driver is getting a 1 star

FedEx is an excellent shipper! They are usually on time. This time was a fluke. I’m still giving them five stars because they usually at least put my packages inside the door on my front porch rather than just leaving them lay on the sidewalk or steps like the United States post office sometimes does to us.

Horrible Delivery Driver that comes to our office. We have over 15 offices in this complex. He leaves the packages outside the complex and says the building is closed at 1:30 in the afternoon. WE ARE OPEN! He has been doing this for months. Several of the business owners have called and complained and yet nothing changes. So if you have an office near 114th & Dodge, do not use FedEx ground for your delivery services if you have a choice.

The driver lied and said they came to my house, but they never did and I have security cameras to prove it. Customer service on the phone is horrible and they never help at all. I don’t know who the driver is, but I hope you go to hell for wasting people’s time and lying about making a delivery attempt.
