Their sales team betrayed my trust by selling me a damaged brand new vehicle at regular MSRP without telling me it was damaged. The damage is hard to see unless looking very closely, so I didn't notice it at first when going through the purchasing process. Once I discovered the damage, their sales manager offered to fix it in person at their body shop. However, I was unsatisfied with their repair offer since I wasn't told about the very hard to see damage, so I reported my issues to the Iowa Attorney General's office. Now their sales manager says because I reported them to the Attorney General, any damage repair is between our lawyers. But the Iowa Attorney General's office told me to work with the car dealership for repair. Buyer beware if you go shopping here.

We had such a great buying experience at Edwards Kia! Our salesperson, Edgar, was friendly and incredibly knowledgeable, showing us all the cool bells and whistles in our new Telluride. The manager, Kyle, and Cody in finance were also very pleasant to work with, patiently answering our many questions and all working together to get us the best deal possible. We even came back the very next day to buy a pre-owned Nissan Rogue for our teenage daughter! Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

My boyfriend and I just purchased a car about a month ago from Edwards Kia. On the day we purchased it, we were a bit hesitant because the wait to speak with the financial advisor was insane, but we really liked the car, so we stuck it out. My boyfriend has now gone twice to try and register the vehicle. The first time was understandable, they had not sent over the title yet due to it only being about a week or two post purchase. Today my boyfriend had a scheduled time to meet someone from Edwards Kia (named Dave) with the title at the DMV (he scheduled this with an employee named Cody). My boyfriend even checked in with them today and asked if that time still worked to make sure he wasn't getting off early for no reason and was told yes, that time still worked. He waited at the DMV for a good 20-30 minutes until he finally called them and asked where they were and he was told "I don't know what happened, we even had it on the calendar". So due to Edwards Kia my boyfriend has taken time off work and wasted his time. I would not recommend this dealership. They're quick to take your money when you buy a car from them, but can't keep their word when servicing their customers.
