We bought a truck from them back around the middle of July 2024. The truck had several issues. But what is more problematic is that they waited until the last day to send the title application to the state (Iowa). By law, I am supposed to have it registered within 30 days. When Iowa got the paperwork on August 12th, 2024, it was missing pertinent information and was returned to them. It is now September 5th, 2024 and Iowa got the paperwork today. So, now my son is driving on an expired temp tag. The finance and title department at Edwards is a joke. Do not buy from them.

I had a wonderful experience at EAG. I had Ash as my salesperson. She was very knowledgeable and professional and made the car buying experience seamless. Then Bryan cleaned up the car and did a flawless job. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a car.

No care, concern or deal after Edwards Auto Group van totaled my car in Feb 2024. I received 6 broken ribs from the rear end collision. I still feel they owe me a car to replace the 05 Buick LeSabre Ltd in excellent condition that they totaled. After multiple visits talking to different people I've heard words but NO action making this right. I would never recommend them.

This place is packed full of absolute professionals. They took fantastic care of me. They gave me great trade-in value for my car and they hooked me up with a really awesome deal. With how the used car market is absolutely thrashed right now. I wouldn't recommend even buying a used car anywhere else. They're certified pre-owned vehicles genuinely are some awesome stuff.

I purchased a used vehicle from here in June of 2023. It wasn’t what I was wanting, it is much fancier. However, I was told this was the only vehicle they were able to get me into. After the rough morning I had had and being broke down 90 miles from home, I agreed to the purchase. In the midst of everything I was signed up for warranties I stated many times I did not want.
Fast forward eleven months, a sensor went out on this vehicle. A part that was under warranty. I took the vehicle back to Edwards and was told it would be weeks before I could get an appointment for my vehicle to be looked at and they would need nearly $300 at the time of my appointment for it to even be looked at, then they would have to take it to Lincoln for repairs and wouldn’t be able to give me a rental due to my vehicle still being operational. It would take 3-5 days to repair and I would just be without a vehicle during that time. Now knowing all of this, I decided to cancel my warranties, no big deal I didn’t want them to begin with. So I contacted Edwards to start that process. I was sent a form to sign and was told they would forward a refund to my finance company. Which now brings me to today. 7 weeks have passed since returning the signed request to cancel the warranties. Still no refund to the finance company. I reach out yet again to find out what is going on. I am then told I need to sign a request to cancel and was then sent the exact form I had signed and returned 7 weeks ago.
Terrible customer service, pushy salesman. What I needed wasn’t considered here and for the amount of money I spent it definitely should have been. I don’t recommend Edwards to anyone.

Bought my car last week from Q at Edward’s Nissan. Couldn’t have had a better experience. He was so helpful and explained everything during the whole process. His professionalism has been unmatched in all my experiences of purchasing cars over the years. There was no pressure or stress, showed me multiple vehicles til I found the one perfect for my family. Will definitely recommend my friends and family to come here and I WILL purchase future vehicles from here.

The Edwards reputation in their home town is that you are guaranteed a crooked deal. My proctologist couldn't repair that damage they did. Run! Run fast!!!

I went late to look at a vehicle I found listed on Auto Trader. Bart T. Met me before I got to the door, and showed me to the car I was requesting. He pulled the report, we went for a drive, and I was not very excited about it. He suggested a few other vehicles that matched what I was requesting, and then suggested an older but higher-end car. We looked at it, and drove it, and that was that. No gimmicks, no schtick. I agreed it was a good fit, and Bart and the manager, James, worked with me to make the deal then. I never felt pressured or rushed. They were gracious in being flexible to make it work for me. I haven't had to buy a car for thirteen years, and this was much less anxiety-ridden than I expected. Very impressed.
