Terrible store. None of the employees have customer service skills. I had to go looking for help. The check out man treated me like an inconvenience. I will be returning all of my items and Dick’s will lose my business.

Literally worst store I have ever been in. Completely unhelpful. No notice that their glove steamer is broken. Sat in section for over 20 minutes without a single person helping. Found an associate to ask someone to come over. Waited another 15 minutes without a single person coming over

The store wasn’t very busy when I went. The men working the shoe department were very helpful and friendly! The cashier on the other hand had a terrible attitude and treated me as though I was an inconvenience to her. As the last face you see when you leave the store they could at least pretend to care about customers. I could drop names but I think I’ll spare her this time around.

Employees too busy to do their job.Came to Dick’s to check my club head speed as I need to buy all new clubs. The two employees yacking away told it would be awhile. Twenty minutes later I am heading to a different store.

Apparently no one works here. Went in to buy shoes but couldn’t find anyone to help me. Waited for 25 minutes but ended up leaving. The store is not clean, trash and for some reason empty water bottles everywhere.

Place is so liberal now, no guns or ammo. The most masculine thing they might have is a baseball. Not even archery has a place in the store. So outside of clothing they are useless! Waste of time even walking in. My opinion. Likely to be going out of business soon with their lack of everything besides clothes.

I begged for help. I felt i was bothering the help to get help finding the products i was needing.I was in the store looking for 3 items for 45 minutes. Socks were found in the back where you store shoes. I was appreciative of the help, but felt i was bothering ghem
