“We timed our shopping here just right December 23. Store wasn't busy at all and only had to wait a minute to check out. Getting them to honor the posted prices was difficult but they eventually did. The pants and shirt rang up at $55 each. They said if items are misplaced or they run out of something on a rack they don't immediately catch that to move signs. I highly doubt that they ever had the items on the sale signs on those racks which would definitely be false advertising if they hadn't honored the prices. I hate having to almost make a scene to get the price on the sign.”

“Pretty nice Walmart in comparison to others I’ve been too. Floors are mostly clean .Workers are willing to help with questions. My wife has had problems getting help from one of the female workers but other than that overall good store well stocked”
“Kohl's is my "go to" shopping spot for my entire family. There is always something there for everyone and I love the 30% discount when offered. The employees at the Council Bluffs Metro Crossing location are always friendly and helpful and I will continue to shop here for every occasion.”
“This Walmart doesn't have a large selection, and on the smaller side for a Super Center Walmart. We went in for grocery items. There were only two check out stands open and both had long lines. Luckily, the self check out stations had no wait. Rashad was the employee monitoring that area and he was very helpful”

“Old school customer service from when customers weren't measured by how dollars were spent reach visit. They make you feel like a valued customer just for walking into their store. Save big money at the store down the street? I beg to differ! If you're like me and your time IS money then Bomgaars is where you will save BIG money! The green and the orange box store might be $5 or $10 cheaper on a given item, bit Bomgaars work store managers like Mark at the council bluffs store is $100s cheaper with the excellent customer service. I had already resolved that this day would be hours lost and orders not shipped, but Mark with his old school non cookie cutter thinking and ideas made what I expected would be hours of work into literal minutes and saved me tangibly easy $1000 and intangibly no lost sales and better yet no disatisfied customers!! Thank you Mark and thank you Bomgaars for having managers like Mark that has the customer service skills that can't be taught in a classroom or learned out of a textbook!!! Highly recommend Bomgaars and consider this a 6 star review!”
