We have been using D & B Tax Services most of our married life, at least 40 years or more. This service has helped us many times over and they are fast, efficient and accurate. We have recommended them several times, and will continue to recommend them, because they have shown they know what they are doing, they keep up with changes in the governmental system and within the tax field. D & B Tax Services will do a great job for you too if you need them.

Hello Karen here ?To start I was quoted $89 when I picked up I was told it was $146. No problem, I though maybe I had something extra that we didn't go over before. Everything was great until it wasn't. I never received my tax refund. Called DB since they filed and prepared them, the response I received was "I dont know what to tell you." I called back several occasions trying to help my self and pry help from them, until ultimately I had to call someone else. My first experience was my worst experience and we will not be returning next year.

Worst Customer Service EVER!!! Bonnie is the rudest person I have ever encountered as a customer!! I don't recommend wasting your money when there are plenty of other businesses with much better customer service!!!
