This experience is solely about Samuel...Well, they really need to reprimand pharmacy technician Samuel, as he's a very rude individual. He tried to shoo me and other customers away. He wouldn't use a coupon for my Mounjaro rx, which on the day he helped me, would have saved me $6, but would later save me $66 (it was originally priced at $91 but $25 with manufacture's coupon) with the manufacturer coupon I tried to have Samuel enter for me. He also tried to chase me away from purchasing Januvia, as it too costed $91, but was $5 previously.I don't believe that this is how a pharmacy tech should treat customers. Customers, like myself, go to CVS for our rx medication that is prescribed by our health provider, not for fun. He also didn't look for the other medications that I told him was ready but didn't show up when he did a quick search. But the next few visits, the other pharmacy techs could see my orders and combined my multiple accounts.Other than this, the other pharmacy technicians and pharmacists were kind and helpful, and more importantly, not rude.Please reprimand Samuel for trying to shoo off myself, as well as the other 2 elderly customers who were just trying to pick up their prescription. This location is currently short staffed, doing the best they can. My first visit for RX pickup on 11/18/23 , no drive thru service due to short staffing. Went inside to find a half dozen or more ahead of me. Got a person on the phone who had no time to be helpful or caring. Not off to a good start at all. We were trying to change providers. After reading some of these reviews, it's probably wise to use another provider. Kind of frightening Imo. Wow ! Just wow. Shaking my head. CVS couldn't care less !!!!!! Shame on you CVS ! Run don't walk away from this establishment. I will not spend one cent there. ?

Absolutely zero care for their customers. The "Pharmaicst" was unable to provide my mother with her insulin for nearly 4 weeks, lying and telling her that there was a nationwide shortage. Upon calling the manufacturer was told there is no Nationwide shortage. The pharmacist then attempted to take it upon himself and change her prescription from insulin pens to vials and needles. Completely unacceptable, and unethical. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

Wine is expired. This is a great little drugstore and a convenient location. I go there to buy a wine from time to time and it's always gone sour or bad. The bottles are always dust covered so it should give me an indication, however if their wine sales are slow you think they would discount the bottles to get them out the door and rotate the stock.

Plenty of options and variety of products sold throughout the store. Prices can range from very affordable to a little more expensive depending on the item.

CVS is out of medications frequently for my medically complex child. A much needed prescription was called in by the doctor and CVS was out of it. I called around to find another pharmacy to fill the prescription (as it was needed that day) and CVS reported they would help me transfer the prescription. 6 hours later and the new pharmacy has reported they’ve requested the transfer 3 times now and have been hung up on by CVS. I ended up calling my doctor to have them send the prescription to this new pharmacy and will be requesting all prescriptions moving forward are not with CVS.

It seems like there are frequently very suspect reasons as to why my prescriptions aren't ready on time. This goes along with many other random issues I always have that I've never had at other pharmacies.I've been using this pharmacy for about a year and a half now.

Subpar CVS half the time I get a script sent in, in the morning and it's still not ready by 3 p.m. so I have to through the drive through just for them to tell me it's going to be another 15 minutes, and then wait in line again! I would still rather do that then go inside for safty reasons.

Great customer service! Michael in the pharmacy was so kind and helpful in making sure I was ok through the weekend on my meds. Made me feel relieved! Would definitely recommend this pharmacy above others!

Let me start out by saying that pharmacists are wonderful and under-valued!! But I have to Mike at this location. For 3 days he has been fighting the fight for me with denied I strange and other options of medications I could take. I have never knowingly had a pharmacist do this for me. His customer service and communication has been 2nd to none!! His drug info education made me realize I may have other options!! So if your Insurance company is fighting what your EDUCATED PHYSICIAN is prescribing, I highly suggest working with Mike and his team!!

I had a meds from the doctor was written and they wouldn't give to because I got health insurance and it would not cover so screw what the says I prosedit I call them and tried to fix the issue and hung up on me so no one go there and send money and I feel the the whole staff should be replaced that is in the pharmacy the front do cleck was ok

I switched to CVS from Walgreens. I regret it. They can't seem to get it together. Prescription ready? Nope. Everytime I go there, they always say "oh, it's still processing". App said it was. Now I'm making multiple trips. Basically, I'd say it's not their fault except it is. This time I got confirmation from an actual person that it would be ready at 5pm Saturday. Nope. Went in Sunday morning. Still processing. This sucks. Fix it.
