1 star not because of this specific store but the company itself. Their customer service is a complete joke and basically useless if you actually have a problem. I just even had a supervisor hang up on me while I was on hold.

She was so helpful after numerous phone calls to cricket she explained everything & assured me to come back the next day if it wasn't fixed
