Worst internet in Omaha! What sucks is they have a monopoly here and you have to have it! Have had nothing but issues for the past 8 months. Would call in and report it and magically everything works once I call in! Once fiber is in, I’m switching companies!

I don’t know who I spoke to on Saturday but I called about my WiFi being off and asked to set up an appointment. They told me to go ask the cox guy outside if they can just do mine, even though the lady on the phone should’ve known they can’t since the guy said I have to be a on a list. They gave me an appointment for today at 1-3. Then I get an email yesterday with the WRONG address. I already having had WiFi since Wednesday and I gave her the CORRECT address so I don’t know what that lady’s problem was. So today I call and ask if they can switch the address to my actual one because how do you get the wrong address when the one you have is somewhere I lived 2 years ago. And instead of just changing my address, I get my appointment pushed back two extra days because of someone else’s incompetence. The call is a recorded line, so they very much know it wasn’t my fault yet my family has to suffer because someone else doesn’t care to do their job correctly.

No outages ect ..2 years now I use T-Mobile for cable tv i grt over 300 channels plus movies apps on my LG tv & no issues $55 mo never will go up wifi ...cox They want card account information in order make pmt arrangements . I pay cash at store I own no such accounts to do that . Prices way to much . Disconnected my service BAD company the finance area hangs up on you nasty people . All they care about is the $$ not customer service

Not real 100% pure fiber scamming ppl everyday with the word “fiber”. Don’t believe me and you fell for it? Go to google, type in speed test, click run speed test while connected to your WiFi network with them and if the upload speeds don’t match the download speeds and are low, you got the old outdated internet network. Your stil experiencing congested speeds suppressing of the speeds and your never going to get the speed they’re promising you. Don’t trust this company they’ve kept many neighborhoods from getting pure fiber networks to come in and build for years. Find a 100% pure fiber optic internet provider in your neighborhood they’re building everywhere right now. Cox it’s time for you to leave town. You’ve scammed people enough

It's okay, $80 just for the internet though is ridiculous. Most of the time it works but still has problems once in awhile. I've had it for about 2 years and the price keeps going up. Thinking about switching to something cheaper, does anyone have suggestions?

Just called to get internet set up in my home and Tristan was super helpful on the phone. Was very quick and very knowledgeable with his responses. If I were the boss I’d give him all of the raises I could. Super helpful 10/10
