Room was clean, though no liners in trash cans which is a bit weird. Bathroom was clean and plenty of towels/amenities. Overall my stay was nice and there was no loud noises or such disturbing me. Breakfast is not free, but they do have a nice paid breakfast/dinner for very reasonable prices and portions. Lobby area is nice and has infused water & regular coffee available free.Snacks shop is well stocked, prices are fair. Gym room was quite nice and available 24/7. Pool area was clean and didn’t smell of chlorine heavily. Business rooms/meeting rooms available, printer/computer available, coin operated laundry room on site as well. Overall a good, clean, and quiet stay.

Great shower, love the room and decor. They took a lot of care in designing this space however they did not take the same care with sound proofing walls. I couldn't give more than a 4. It almost hit a 3 as the doors are super loud and heavy which doesn't make a difference when you can hear everything through the walls. Breakfast is not free.

Very nice clean, what you would expect from a courtyard. The location is good but you do sort of have to navigate through a parking lot to get there. Very nice and attentive staff.

Good hotel. Stayed for an Anime Convention and the Staff was polite and courteous.Nearby activities: Very close to the Mid America Center.

Unsatisfied with this hotel, I've been to other courtyards and they serve hot breakfast in the morning for free, this hotel does not have free breakfast. Our room was gross except for the beds being clean and made nicely. There was pee on our bathroom floor, gross sinks, part of a hamburger left on the a/c unit and no trash can liners (weird). Hotel was pretty quiet. I loved the older gal who had checked us in, she was very sweet. We won't be staying at this hotel again.

Had some issues with room heating not working. Not able to correct and were given another room. Manager was apologetic for issue. Good

I stayed there for 3 days. Upon check-in I specified that my room gets a cleaning service and the person do my check in even reiterated that I would get in. When I got in on Monday, nothing was cleaned. I spoke to a woman named Hailey on Tuesday morning and asked for a cleaning and I came back to a dirty room again. At this point I went to the front desk and nothing was done and they gave me my towels. When I went to get my dinner, the refused to take my card for food even after I told them my company pays for my food and I left with a burger and club soda.Within that Wednesday, a lady by the name of Lori called me and said "I just want to remind you about our policy of what we clean." Yes Lori, I am an elite member, I am aware of what you people clean and YOUR staff didn't do any of that the days that I asked. And that you for including in the conversation that you comped a burger that I didn't ask you for. I was asking for a resolution and not for you to be passive aggressive with me.In all my year staying with Marriott, never have I experienced such a terrible staff and a passive aggressive manager. I will never stay here again.Almost $500 and they couldn't even clean a room. Hailey, you wrote on a post it? Where was it on your notes?! Terrible hotel don't stay here.

Hotel is in a great location. Room was clean. No food or kitchen right now even though it’s advertised, but drinks at bar were good!

A sad occasion brought us to Council Bluffs for a few days. From the moment we arrived every staff member was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. We must have had contact with half the staff. The Front Desk staff was great. The Bartender, Barista, and Cooks were wonderful. The Techs that drove the shuttle were the best and the service was greatly appreciated. Our room was beautiful and full of modern amenities. The Common Area Lobby had so many areas to eat, drink and visit. Our favorite were the nooks with private TVs to have an evening cocktail, watch a movie and play cards.

Rooms were great, huge shower!!. Ladies at check in were very nice and answered all of our questions. Quick 10 min drive to omaha.

Very clean rooms. The food was good with a nice varied selection. The pool area was a fun amenity for the kids to enjoy. Staff was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

Loved sitting by the fireplace in the courtyard where the kids played outside while i sipped on a margarita made by Daniel. Rooms were clean, and overall experience was great.
