Horrible!! is about 75% most of the time. What's the point of having of operating a car wash to only NOT do it correctly? Pretty piss poor for the money, im done giving money for this and im assuming most ppl are.

Have read about accidents. And we had 2 close calls. So were told to ask for more space. We did and the stooges were laughing about it. Then the rinse didn't hit 1/2of our car. Went thru 2nd time. Same thing. The head stooge asked if our car has "auto roll" Really, Whats that. Its in neutral, foots of the brake. Yea, we cancelled our membership.

Not impressed my truck did not come out as clean as it should have. The team did not spend much time pressure washing before sending me through the wash system. I was the only one in line at the time. Lots of bugs left on the grill. I purchased the best wash also. Not impressed with the qualityI received a weak response from their management team. This is indicative of their poor customer service. I paid $27.00 for the best wash. It turned out poor. They should be taking corrective action on poor customer service issues.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Employees here are rude high school employees. If you need a manager to talk with good luck. They are no help either. We took our Jeep through, had it in neutral but the first brush literally pushed us back. One employee came up yelling at us, while we were trying to explain the situation he decided to walk away and mumble something. We were still in neutral and the brush continued rocking us back and not one employee offered to help. I tried explaining to the front office, they didn’t care.

Went through the wash half way through it ripped my passenger side mirror off and I file a claim with them and they said because the vehicle is 7 years or more older there is nothing they can do to offer me . It’s beyond ridiculous a car is a car no matter the year and damage is damage no matter the year .

I gave them a 4 out of 5 review because the wash doesn't always rinse as well as it could. I see people complain about lack of towels, but if there is intermittent rain the towels are in the office. Employees are almost always very friendly and helpful, the vacuums are awesome, except for two that are always plugged. Over all, for the volume they do, it's a pretty decent car wash. As for the rental car review, my truck has been in the shop twice in the last year and they switch it over to the other rental vehicle (at the location) in less than 5 minutes, more like 2 minutes.

I was rear-ended on July 15th in your wash tunnel. The attendant stopped the wash to tell me I was hit and to pull around to look for damage. The car that was behind me and I did as instructed. At first, I didn't notice any damage because my SUV was still wet & soapy. The other driver had no damage and went on his way. I went back through the wash to get the soap off. While drying my car, I noticed all the scratches in the paint on my back hatch. I found out today that Club Car Wash isn't taking responsibility for its inability to control the line. I'm making them send the video to my insurance company, hoping they will help me. I do NOT recommend this place and will be canceling my membership immediately. It's clear that this is a trend, and they don't care.
