I parked in the back which I was using the business next-door and I accidentally parked in this business parking spot which said private parking but did not specify for the salon . So I went in to the salon and made a purchase, so I was technically a customer. The owner herself rang me up I told her that I accidentally parked back there and I didn't realize that parking space was only for her salon . So I figured she would probably offer to move her car since I was a customer , but she didn't. She went on and on about how many people park there and are not supposed to, she owns the building ect She went about her business and left her car blocking mine. I would not recommend going there with that kind of customer service

Love the restored old buildings in this area of Council Bluffs. Great salon. Loved my hair cut and the friendly stylists. Would highly recommend.

They did a fantastic job and I left with exactly what I asked for! My hair cut was perfect and the balayage was so pretty!! My hair was extremely damaged from over bleaching before I went in and after I left my hair felt ten times better. I definitely recommend coming here.

They were awesome! They were able to get me in today on the only day I was in town with no issues and they treated me awesomely and I'm in absolute awe of how my hair turned out! The stylist that did my hair was Tamara.... (I think that's how you spell her name ?)
