Courtesy pay cut off amounts not good unstable changes monthly they will take most of your check give you back quarter of it how do you pay your bills ?? You Can't .. I'll be signing out of this because it use to be stable 200,400,600 now its whatever you just don't know. Bad for customers unreliable.it can be zero even tho your been customer for few years stable deposits.wow bad change to do to people.

We’ve been with Centris for just under a month now and so far it feels like the best banking decision we have ever made. My wife and I are always welcomed and thanked each time and the friendly staff makes us feel good about banking there. Thanking us for being a member what a concept that other businesses could learn from. The staff at the Broadway location in Council Bluffs is top notch and should teach other banker friends how its done! Thank you

Friendly staff offers appointments and happy to take walk in's. Clean welcoming environment. When I asked for water the staff went and got me a nice cold single serve sealed bottle of water.

I been with them for a bunch of years. The other day they told me I'd have to wait 5 days for a $1300 check to clear and I wasn't happy. But, it's the only negative thing I can say. the overdraft program and the personal loan program have saved me on several occasions. Great credit union hands down. The best.

If I could rate zero, I would.First, I opened a new checking account in March 2021. When the new debit card came, I tried to activate it, only to be told the phone number they gave me to activate it was wrong. It took several phone calls and almost a MONTH to get it activated. A MONTH of not having access to my money. Thanks for the late fees I had to pay!Second, the mobile and online apps quit working. I've called about this too; they said they were resetting my password, and it still hasn't been resolved. I used the password and login they originally gave me and it worked all of twice before it stopped allowing me to login, saying my password was wrong. When you try to reset or change the password on both the mobile app and online, it's a broken link that just keeps telling you "password is incorrect" when it's asking you for your login, not your password. A maddeningly frustrating loop of getting absolutely nowhere.The last straw came this week. I haven't been able to use my debit card all week. When I go to the ATM it just says "Checking not available". Earlier in the week, I figured that it was probably overdrawn from something I forgot I ordered. But no. I just got paid this morning, and STILL getting the same message. I can't login to my online to see what's going on and I'm tired of being strung along.I'm closing my account today as soon as I get off work. This has been the WORST bank/credit union experience EVER.
