Car Wash in Council Bluffs, IA

“I was just on vacation in Colorado this past week and really needed a car wash. i had tons of smashed bugs on the front of my car, the windshield, and the bumper. When I went to Riverside Car Wash, Jerome was there at the beginning and taking care of washing the cars that came. He was very nice and friendly, and he did an awesome job of washing away all of the sticky bugs! After Jerome finished, the other 2 guys who were there (Kobi and Larry) took over by drying my car off, cleaning and dusting the inside, and washing the floor mats. I was getting a deluxe wash, so they gave my car the full treatment, and it looked great when they were finished! It shined like a new car again!!! I think that Jerome got about 95% of the bugs off my car when he washed it, and Kobi and Larry got the other 5% off by checking the finish as they dried it. Jeff's got a great crew of guys here - these guys are nice, friendly, and they care about doing their best job! The prices here are also not much different than what the other car washes in town charge, and your cars are also safer here with these employees hand washing them. You don't have to worry about any automatic equipment failing and damaging your car either, since these cars are washed by people! I also wanted to mention 3 other employees who were not there on this day but also deserve some recognition - Charles, Mason, and Lee. I chatted with the owner, Jeff, while I was there, and I told him that I would post a good review for his place. I could tell that he really cares about all of his employees, as he mentioned these 3 guys names too, and he asked if I would also include their names in my review so they also get recognized for their good work! “Absolutely amazing job every time I come here they spend extra time on all the details. I brought them a tough one today and they spent tons of time making sure all of the little spots were hit. “Nice car wash. It's great to get it washed whenever you want. Sometimes, it's busy. I go to the one on C.B. and the one on 72nd by L street. Neither one is very good at having the hand towels supplied. I think in the 7 times I've been there, there were towels once. I had to downgrade my membership the day after I signed up. I had Gottsch's Goo installed on my Jeep and had to not have the underbody wash anymore. It could wash off the Goo. The people I've delt with have been friendly and nice. I had to go from the MVP to the VP. I wish VP had some sort of wax.”

“Good place to go for a 5$ wash.Make sure to use cash, I do nowadays.. after my first trip, where I was charged 10 on my card, when I'd stopped at 5min for $5..”

“I love both the East end locations in Council Bluffs, but stay away from the west end one..the dryer only dries one side of your vehicle and it's pretty bad it's been that way for atleast 4 years. Time for a new updated one!!”

“I recently went to the car wash at 0630. There was no attendant. I entered my code and was instructed to pull in. Building lights on but the car wash was dead. I had to back out. Caseys Store did not think it was important to block the entrance or state it was out of order. Caseys instructed me to contact Gorilla Car Wash.
I emailed Gorilla and Jessica responded the next day. She gave me a replacement car wash. This is outstanding customer service. Things break and that is part of life. Customer service is so important. Outstanding job Jessica.”
