“I just bought a car from someone and it was dusty and pretty dirty. I asked for a level 2 and Tyler went out of his way to make sure that my car was deeply clean because I have 9.5 month old twins. I will totally be taking my back my car and telling everyone about him! Pictures are after unfortunately I don’t before.”

“The wait was the real killer here. Even the dedicated washout lane was moving at about 1 unit every 20 minutes. I used to frequent Blue Beacon for every truck wash but now I try and find an alternative just due to the wait times during the day being quite business killing. For example this go around, for a washout I took 1H49M to get thru the process. Now I understand there is a balance here between moving fast and keeping a quality truck wash. Being open 24 does fix some of this but to be honest, I get my worst washes at night so I'm at a loss as to what to do. I do like Blue Beacon but 2 hours out of your shift for a washout is a bit much. Arrived at 930am and was out by 1119am.”
“I recently went to the car wash at 0630. There was no attendant. I entered my code and was instructed to pull in. Building lights on but the car wash was dead. I had to back out. Caseys Store did not think it was important to block the entrance or state it was out of order. Caseys instructed me to contact Gorilla Car Wash.
I emailed Gorilla and Jessica responded the next day. She gave me a replacement car wash. This is outstanding customer service. Things break and that is part of life. Customer service is so important. Outstanding job Jessica.”
“I love both the East end locations in Council Bluffs, but stay away from the west end one..the dryer only dries one side of your vehicle and it's pretty bad it's been that way for atleast 4 years. Time for a new updated one!!”

“The car wash itself was good.Someone forgot to turn the sign or lights on.?I took a chance it was working as I saw others must have used the wash.Might have missed a lil business this night.?”
“I gave them a 4 out of 5 review because the wash doesn't always rinse as well as it could. I see people complain about lack of towels, but if there is intermittent rain the towels are in the office. Employees are almost always very friendly and helpful, the vacuums are awesome, except for two that are always plugged. Over all, for the volume they do, it's a pretty decent car wash. As for the rental car review, my truck has been in the shop twice in the last year and they switch it over to the other rental vehicle (at the location) in less than 5 minutes, more like 2 minutes.”
