“The whole team there last night (Thurs 1/16/23) was super friendly and fast. Huge shout-out to Sterling especially. He spent several minutes trying to help me get my Android phone plugged into the Toyota I picked but it wouldn't work, so he let me wait in the car while he went and got a Nissan for me instead. He moved my luggage into the new car and got my phone connected right away in the Nissan. Thanks Sterling!”

“Park and ride to airport on shuttle. Drivers explained where we checked in and where we needed to go to board plane. Extremely helpful. Most of parking paved. Driver helped load and unload luggage. Cheaper parking rates than airport parking including long term. Discounted a day since we put in a reservation.”

“I had an awesome experience with renting a car from Dollar/Thrifty. I rented a Hyundai Sonata and pick-up/drop off was a breeze. The airport had a free shuttle that runs from the airport to the car rental lot. Definitely made things less chaotic. Turning the car in was easy and the car only requires that it is turned in 1/2 full of gas. The car was awesome on fuel economy and I only burned through a 1/4 of a tank during my week stay. Will definitely go through them in the future again.”

“I was in an accident and had to get a rental car while my vehicle was in the shop getting repaired. I rented from Hertz in Bellevue, NE and had a wonderful experience! The car was extremely clean and ran great. My own vehicle took awhile to get repaired so I had to extend the rental period. I was afraid that it would be a hassle trying rent the car for longer than I initially thought but it was a breeze and all it took was a 2 minute phone call. Nick and Austin were very professional and made the car rental process easy. If you're looking to rent a car from a company that truly cares about customer service look no further than Hertz in Bellevue.”
