WATCH OUT FOR KEVIN BIRD, THERE SEVERAL ISSUES. FIRST OF ALL I BOUGHT RV AND HAD SOME ISSUES AND KEVIN BIRD SET ME TO DROP OFF RV FOR REPAIRS, BUT WHEN I DROP OFF THE SECVICE DEPT DIDN'T HAVE ME DOWN SAY I WOULD HAD TO WAIT WEEKS, EMAIL FROM KEVIN BIRD CLEARLY TOLD ME DROP OFF THEN GOT INTO WITH PEOPLE. KEVIN DECIDED TO BAN ME, OVER A ONE NAME CALLED, NOW I HAD MY REPAIRS THE PEOPLE DAMAGE MY FLOOR AND DENID THEY DID DAMAGE THEN TRYING RIP US OFF WHEN WE TRY SELL BACK. TAKE 3,600 TO REPAIR THEIR DAMAGES. DONT EVER DEAL WITH KEVIN BIRD HYPOCRITE AND A RIP OFF MANGAER.

Wow, I have been to many RV shops and Camping Worlds, but this one is the best by far!! Our steps broke on our RV the first day on multiple weeks trip. Issac helped us out with the part that we needed. No hassle. Made sure we had the tools to complete the repair. Totally awesome service, not expected that type of service at all! Need parts, Issac is my go to guy! Thank you!!

Showed up after hearing about deals going on. Mind you I was there before looking at a 46k camper this time I'm looking at a 36k camper cause last time we were a little high on the payments with 0 down which I knew was a stretch. I show up and proceed to tell them hey this is the camper I want and I told them I wanted to see what my numbers were hoping they were lower. Man oh man where do I begin on the red flags. For one she tells me I need a hitch for 750 to help with the weight which fine wasn't wanting it then I get told I'm also being charge for a crate fee for having the unit sent to their lot. Huh..? Weird. Then she goes on about how my credit isn't perfect but it's good enough for a 15 year loan for monthly payments of $656 a month..... for being loaned 40k for a camper... crazy experience of what I feel is blatantly trying to rim me off and single hand ruining the joy of going to look for a camper at these big places and just camping in general. Just a heads up pay attention yo thr numbers and don't let them try and steal your money you work so hard for.

I would highly recommend choosing another dealer. We made an appointment to look at an RV we arrive and get told it’s out in a bay go ahead and look. Then we get to the RV and there is a large sticker that says pre-owned but selling as new? Finally sales guy comes out says hi. He then said I’ll be right back. We are in the RV for over 30min waiting. We leave the store and only then they try to make a deal and sell us the camper. If you want to feel like a valued customer choose another dealer.

John Ford there sales manager was horrible tried to strong arm and use manipulation tactics and insults cause I wouldn't budge on the price I would pay. Saying I had to I will not be bullied. Worst place ever

Camping World Council Bluffs is were it's at! Don't shop no where else for an RV!! From beginning to end the process was good. Customer service was great from all departments including service, parts, financing, sales associate, RV prep. Asked multiple questions and received answers Right away via text and email. This is our 2nd RV but first Class A. Not to mention deals online for supplies,etc. Time to travel to world!

The people at the council bluffs store are probably the most professional team in the business they fixed all the problems that we had with camper world in mesa AZ.....with out even batting a eye....they took care of all of the paper work problems that we had. We have bought 4 campers from camper world bur will only deal with the one in council bluffs IA..we would like to personally thank Jodi petersen and the gentleman who helped us...thank you guys...

My wife and I were traveling across country and our Air Conditioner in the house stopped working. We had to stay in a hotel for a night because the temps at 9pm were in the high 90’s. We are not new to traveling this way and have had issues on the road in the past so we were concerned that anyone would have the ability or get us in for an immediate service and have the proper unit available.
We arrived at Camping work before they opened in hopes of being able to get an appointment same day. Fortunately the service advisor Francis said yes, we can fit you in today. Whew! They installed a Dometic Fresh Jet AC without the heat pump because we don’t really use it anyway and it saved us some money. It’s also the one they had available. Thank you for the quick fix and getting us back on the road. Our experience at the Council Bluffs location in Iowa was a positive one.

Courtney Galloway was a very attentive, very patient, very knowledgeable person. This was our first RV purchase and she made it very easy for us! She even helped after hours at home. If I had to do this experience all over, she would be the person I go to at Camping World! The whole experience with the staff there as well was awesome….
