I went to get pizza and I see an employee named Steven eating food in the prep area with gloves on. He then touched food with the same pair of gloves. What's the point of gloves? So you could be getting secondhand food from Steven. That's nasty.

Do not go to this Casey's if you have children !! I was coming from out of town passing through CB to Omaha, it was about 2 in the morning , my cousin and her baby were real tired and sleep in the back, we went in real quick to use the bathroom. An employee named Michelle, who's manager is Sonya , made a false police report because my cousins toddler was crying in the bathroom cause she just got woke up. So Michelle called the cops saying that my cousins baby was being abused in the bathroom. Is it illegal for a mom to use the bathroom? I understand a baby crying is uncomfortable for most but you also have to understand the challenges a mom has to go through by simply using the bathroom. This employee made a very complicated trip for our family all cause we needed to use the bathroom. I will be calling corporate to report her for making a false police report. The other employees on clock, cam and James were very helpful in the situation, Michelle doesn't have enough customer service skill to be working at a job that gets constant traffic. Michelle made a false police report and I am determined to make sure she gets repercussions! I am not going to stop with the reports and calling corporate until appropriate actions are placed upon the employee on West Broadway in council bluffs, that goes by the name Michelle. False reports are a serious allegation, and I do not take kindly to her reporting such false news

Last night I put 18.6 gallons of gas in my car…that only has an 18.5 gallon tank. My gas light had only just come on too. Based on my gauge reading, I would’ve expected to only be adding about 17 gallons. That is well out of tolerance. I expected better from Casey’s.

Stopped in and got a great
greatling from Raul when I walked in there was 8 people in line on 2 registers working them by himself back and forth was very nice and I complimented him and thanked him for his service he provided and he was overworked in that moment and very patient...
Will be back at this location because of Raul.....

Went to ask for toliet paper because it was empty and she said she just cleaned it and there should be some. There was no toilet paper or paper towels. She was talking to her coworker about “Mexicans”. Very unfriendly and the place was dirty

At 9:56 pm we walked from the Quality Inn to the Casey’s and was walking up to the door and the guy inside locked the doors and put up a homemade sign that said they were closed. According to the website, it says they are open 24 hours. So what gives?

Today I got accused of stealing soda when all I got was Ice that I already paid for from the gentleman in back. I told him i don't appreciate being accused of stealing when I didn't do anything, he said something inaudible up nder his breath. I asked what he said and I was then told to "get the fu$k out". I asked for a refund on my ice because I don't like to be treated or talked to like that. I then got accused of stealing a piece of pizza and I also have already paid for by one of the gals in the front. I don't usually frequent this Casey's very often but I use the other one on the other end of town quite often. This is a terrible representation of Casey's and an embarrassment to this establishment. On a side note the young gal with the glasses who originally helped me with my order and gas was quite efficient/ helpful and pleasant.Look at all the bad reviews.... As a former employee who loved his job this is embarrassing. This place needs a change. It gets worse and worse everyday. They used to just treat the bums bad but not they have attitudes with everyone. Next time I come this way I'll just go across the street to mega saver. Cheaper gas, cleaner, and nicer and they barely speak English lol ridiculous.

The only plus is the people. Seriously, the friendly and helpful staff are the only thing about this place that is good. Everything else is terrible.The bathroom is tiny and you will need to wait forever to use it. I have no idea why it isn’t a larger bathroom, especially considering that it is located on literally, the busiest road in CB. The bathroom was also FILTHY like literally one of the worst that I have seen, and the soap dispenser didn’t even work as well.The store was also rather chaotically organized. Like it wasn’t organized well. Additionally, there was trash on the floor and the drink dispenser area was sticky and full of drink residue.And the area? This is a location where you need to be concerned about your personal safety. If you want to use the vacuums, forget it, especially if it is at night because of all the tweakers and sketchy people hanging around the dark parking lot.The only nice thing are the employees which were helpful and friendly. I would give them five stars.
Parking: Parking is a bit difficult and there are a lot of sketchy people in the parking lot
Kid-friendliness: Would definitely question bringing kids here for their safety and convenience reasons.
