Edit: I was asked to contact you directly, which I did with a detailed description of events via the link given. This was nearly two weeks ago with no response from my messages from Casey's. I reiterate my 1 star review.
I have a carwash membership and have for some time. This wash is highly problematic. I've been stuck in it 3 separate times, which is not ideal, but this is the last time I'll use it. I got stuck again. The employee immediately comes out and fills a big reservoir with hydraulic oil and restarted the wash. When I came out I found out why the machinery was low on oil. My vehicle was covered with hydraulic oil. I called the store and spoke to the manager. All she said was oh well. I'll never be back.

Bought a Quarter pound Cheeseburger for 6.39 and it's cold, tried to call to tell them they might want to check the warmers but they won't answer.

Extremely congested location because of construction.
e85 gas.
Little sketchy sometimes, because of homeless people and druggies running around.
Other than that it's fine.

Very very dirty! All pumps are vandalized, broken or don’t have gas. The pumps themselves are so dirty & have vandalism all over screens & pumps. I like the Casey’s brand that’s why I stopped but I would never go back to this station.

Gas station is fine. Air pump is terrible. They charge for air, and the machine overfilled my first tire then made me pay again to fill the second.

One star because the car wash doesn’t work. The gas pumps for the cheaper gas can’t be used and I can’t get water in a cup!
Are you trying to go out of business? Well, I don’t want to go to this location anymore. I am very disappointed.

Terrible service especially in the morning. Terrible pumps couldn’t enter my rewards if I wanted. I visit multiple caseys a day this one is by far the worst one. I recommend restaffing and fixing your pumps for a start

This location is about worthless, half the time the card readers at the pump don’t work, the other half the time the pumps are out of gas. The window squeeegees always streak if you use them. ?

It's sad how badly their pizza service has deteriorated the last couple years. Used to be a frequent flyer, about 4 times a month and it's gradually decreased to about once every couple months.They simply do not read tickets well. I frequently request square cut, but rarely get it.It'll be a long while before I order again after Sunday's experience.More was missing from the order than what was included.1) Garlic flavor crust - missing, but charged2) 2 orders of marinara for dipping - missing, but charged3) Square cut requested, not honored4) Box was not sealed with a sticker for 3rd party deliveryI did request a full refund which was fulfilled.
