In just a matter of about 3-4 hours from making the reservation to checking in then checking out . I lost. $225.00. Why? I checked in around 3 am and while sitting on the bed eating I saw 2 baby roaches running on top of the bedspread. I searched for these little roaches for about 10!minutes. Then instead of finding a baby roach. What appears to be a bedbug jumping around on the pillowcase then disappearing into the pillow. I was not about to get back in that bed so I checked out . I have a picture of this bedbug below. Xiang was there for about 2 21/2 hours tops. I left the key with a note requesting a refund. They replied with a no refund given because they did not find two roaches in that hotel room but they found a cricket. Here is the nedbug.

A little pricey for the rooms. Very small room but very clean. Did not have an ice machine or continental breakfast. 75 bucks a night is way too much for the service u get which is next to none. In an okay location.

I called the property not long ago, as requested in my reservations and I have never encountered a more rude property manager/owner, customer service rep. or otherwise. I am arriving very late on Saturday - 4/13/24 - and I wanted to make sure this would not be a problem. When the property answered the phone, they did not even introduce themselves as the property and I thought I had called the wrong number because they answered the phone so unprofessionally. I asked if this was Broadway Inn. They didn't simply answer my question, but instead asked, "How can I help you?" I once again asked if this was Broadway Inn. They once again refused to simply answer my question and asked again, "How can I help you". I explained that I was trying to call Broadway Inn regarding my reservations and I wanted to confirm I was calling the right place. He said something to the effect of, "...that is the number you called". By this time, I had lost my patience and twice asked if there was someone else there I could speak to. He informed me that he was the owner so I proceeded to end the call. If that is how the owner of a property deals with paying customers, I will choose not to be one. Needless to say, I canceled this reservation and made another nearby.

Bad meth neighborhood downtown with lots of homeless, it's the bad option, and just as expensive really as the quality inn two blocks down, but cheaper deposit, its exactly as bad of a place as in a bad of a place as it seems.
Cold room. Bathrooms were new but cheaply redone, hot shower but fixtures in backwards so you think otherwise for 10 minutes. Bad doors, dealers in the rooms. Hostile business in homeless ridden neighborhood feeling in general.
I was just hitchhiking through, wasnt worth the 75 it cost and would have saved it and stayed outside but for the neighborhood and the rain. Kinda wish I woulda anyway. Left that whole end of town asap the very next morning.

Last time I stayed here the room had bed bugs and I tried to report to the office multiple times throughout the night/early morning hours and couldn't get in the door and no one was in the office till later in the morning. Then they refused to listen to my complaint and refused to give me a refund. I took video and pictures of one of the bed bugs and my swollen red itchy bites where I had been bitten they tried to deny.

*****BED BUGS!****Generally a good place to stay and tell my most recent experience on July 29th 2023 we encountered bed bugs in the room have video and pictures that I posted here management refused to issue me a refund as well as my wallet with $300 cash came up missing my debit cards and my ID I now have to redo all my laundry clean my vehicle the person staying with me had to go to the emergency room due to being hypoallergenic to the bed bugs the management refused to issue your refund. THEY WERE OUT OF THE OFFICE AND I WAS UNABLE TO CHECK OUT AT THE APPROPRIATE TIME WE COULDN'T GET OUR ROOMS MOVED BECAUSE THEY WOULD NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND WE'RE ALSO OUT OF THE OFFICE ALL NIGHT. was very rude I would not recommend staying here until you verify that the place has been checked by the health department and cleaned up.Rooms: ***BED BUGS***Safety: ***Bed bugs***

Weekly rates are a bit too high, but overall they have remodeled rooms. Slept very well. Comfy beds. They have Wifi also... I would recommend.

This place is a grade C hotel . It does not feel safe. The doors appeared poorly secured.. I know the security is in question. Since someone kicked their door in after forgetting there key and nothing was said or done. I know this because he laughed about it the next day as he was leaving. It is the last place I'd bring my children . It is over priced for tHe atmosphere and the lack of cleanliness of the rooms I will never return to this hotel

Stayed here last week. We would not stay here again. Don't like the small window at the counter and giving the clerk my credit card. Have a pay terminal at least. This is 2022. Used to be known as Delux Inn. New carpeting. TV is bolted to the desk and if you are lying in the bed it is difficult to see. Bathroom sink faucet is outdated and the shower had no handheld shower head for disable folks. Pets are not allowed even though we have no pets but service animals are allowed; what is the difference except the law says service animals have to be allowed. Our friends take their dog everywhere and could not visit with us in the room. Parking lot is difficult to exit if you have a full size pickup. No WiFi at least in our case. 100 bucks a night...not worth it when the other modern motels in the area are similarly priced. No continental breakfast here. No cups for water in our room. Had a microwave and fridge. Again, that plastic window and small hole to slide your ID through is a big turnoff. Reminiscent of a shaddy fleabag slum motel. But again, it's just a room for a night.

They charge a refundable $50 onto your stay for “cleaning purposes” and don’t tell you until AFTER you’ve paid through the small window (they swipe your card themselves) My room was supposed to be $76 for the night but totaled out to $126….. They don’t refund it to you until after you’ve checked out and it takes 5 business days to go back into your account. On top of this, the guy working up front was very rude. I will not be coming back.
