The dark/ semi long haired fella at the window is and always has been rude. If he can get away with it he will.As soon as it was my turn for a table and approached the i side he was yelling across the drivethru that "Jeff was no longer there and rules have changed and proceeded to tell me how things now were run there." I have been coming there for enough years that the few employees left from the start of me coming were already walking towards us with assistance. All my items ate organized and ready as well as my numbers for everything. I understand that rules change, but yelling across everyone and not engaging personally and positively is unprofessional. So I asked to speak with the owner and out he came with his chest puffed out and cocky attitude. However the owner is very pleasant and handled the matter professionally. Outside of the employee at the window, the staff is efficient and helpful and really goes above for customers.
