Great customer service. Amanda was so sweet when I called and helped me make my appointment the same day, Tim kept me informed about my car status and explained what it needed done. Very pleased with the prices and service. This is my first time going outside of my car dealer. I do recommend Brake Plus. I am very impressed. Thank you team. Great work.

Couldn’t recommend going here. Went in to get my brakes checked, they said the front rotors needed turned and it costs $40 per axle and takes about an hour. Scheduled an appointment to have the service completed, their consultant told me I needed close to $1000 worth of work done. I spoke to Lou, GM, the following day and explained the situation. After some back and forth he agreed to complete the $40 service free of charge. I set an appointment, showed up on time for him to tell me it may be up to 3.5 hours before it was done. Needless to say I’ll be going somewhere else. Buyer beware.

Came here and Amanda and Tim are amazing. I was worried about my car and the condition it was in and made me feel so much better about it. They knew what was wrong almost immediately and was able to help me so quick and was an over all amazing experience. Even during the wait for my car they talked to me and were very sweet from the moment I walked in to when I left. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ITS HARD TO FIND MECHANICS LIKE THIS!!!

I have had the pleasure of getting to know just a little about these great people, and their desire to give all their customers the best and most positive experience.
