Great customer service. Worked with Steve in council bluffs & had great communication, understanding, and work done with my vehicle. Will definitely be coming back and would definitely recommend working with this group again.

I don’t usually write reviews that often. Tanner has very good customer service. The reason I gave 1 star is because I came in because my car was creaking & they told me it was the bearings. When they “fixed” my vechicle they gave me what they did to my car on a paper. They fixed the control arm which was never told to me. Supposedly they said they told me bushings but never once did I get told that. I didn’t even know what bearings were so I got the name from them. Told my dad about it & he tells me they just took my money & want me to come back & get more stuff “fixed” and take more of my money. Then I called and told them my car is still creaking very bad & now they’re saying it’s me needing new brakes & rotors. The thing is those are new brakes and rotors from 4 months ago. So try again. I will never go here again!
