Stay Away From this Broker ! Does Not Pay ! Shipper had issue with machine at pick up waited over 3 hours for them to fix the issue. In Constant Communication with Larry From Bat. Weeks later they decide to take a $400 late fee. For being late. (so the shipper tells them) . Stayed in constant communication with Larry he knew there was issue at shipper. Obvious from very beginning what they were up to. Not only did they take a late fee but they paid absolutely nothing on load. According to them problem with their system! They would send check in Mail . Still No check . We must put an end to Brokers like This ! Much more to the story. To much to mention. We will be going at their Bond for non payment. Do not do business with this company you will regret it.

My situation was resolved. I really appreciate doing businesses with professional companies, who are ready to fix the issues even when something goes wrong.

This is the worst Logistic Company in the industry drivers you need to start checking your delivery times using these brokers they will lie to you straight to your face if their mouth is moving their lying if you're delivering to a Dollar General for these guys remember when somebody changes the appointment they have to change the appointment number the stupid witch I talked to said that she talked to me the day before it is loaded told me that the delivery time had been changed to try to get out of paying me detention on a damn load they lied about on the delivery time I will never do another load for these guys again I told my company I would quit before I get another load with these guys

There's no one more professional, patient and helpful than Tim! What a pleasure booking a load with him. We were running late for our pick up and it was almost closing time for the shipper. He could of replaced us with someone who could have been there in minutes, but he decided to trust us to get the job done. 99 out of 100 brokers would of cancelled the run without questions asked. BAT Logistics is one of the best brokerage company, we got an issue at the receiver with the load but broker (Jeff) helped us to solve the problem easily and reimbursed everything. We are happy with choosing that company to work. Thank you teamSincerely Ali Star INC

Mike Duncan with Bat logistics is fantastic. I can only hope this turns out to be a weekly load for the Reloads I am currently looking for. They are a Top Notch Company and I just fell like someone needs to let them know that. Appreciate you guys!

I have been in Logistics for over 30 years and dispatching for the last 10...there are only 2 other brokers I loved to work with and they both used to work for Echo. And now I have Mike! Mike Duncan with Bat Logistics is Awesome! I enjoy working with him and his Team...Mike always make me feel like he cares and he does everything he can to always help me...that's rare in this business! I appreciate him! With all we go through in this business, Mike and his team makes it a very pleasant experience to work with daily!

Had issues getting unloaded do to an issue with their shipper at no fault to Bat Logistics. They handled the situation perfectly and paid me above industry average for detention. We will definitely be working with them more in the future.

I represent Homeland Express Inc. We drove several loads for this brokerage. So far I did not have problems on their loads. They pay good detention rate if it gets to detention time.

This broker MC# 625886 is the worst broker that we have ever worked with they’re not good for payments specifically for owner operators and small businesses we are not recommending owner operations and Small business to pick up their loads

I am so impressed with this company. We were paid detention out of their own pocket. Every phone call, email was so prompt. I have worked with many many brokers and these folks are absolutely top notch.
