They are very horrible ! I would never recommend anyone to this place !! Especially the ladies in the office that does the financial stuff they are so rude they make me want to give my car back everyday !!!

I had to come back and change my review although people are great doesn’t mean the service will always match I’ve had my car for about 2 years never missed a payment nothing my transmission goes out and since I owe over 8 bands for the car I thought they would just fix it an add it to my payments NO they want me to still make payments for a car I can’t drive (they took my current payment & my car has been down for 2 weeks already), then they want me to pay for a transmission used or new than also pay for labor and still wait for it to be fixed !! HIGHWAY ROBBERY I SWEAR

Ive been paying $200 extra every month on my payments for the past year and a half on a car that doesn’t work and they won’t work with me on let alone let me return or cancel my payments. It was a great company. Great customer service until my car broke down 5 months ago and they wouldn’t work with me/wouldn’t relay my calls to the manager after explaining my car won’t start after replacing battery, alternator, and starter. They were just trying to fork more money out of me by constantly convincing me to have one of their mechanics look at it and pay more out of pocket for it when I live 3 hours away from them. Terrible company. Wouldn’t recommend. Not a very responsible company for the products they sell. If they break you should be able to return…they won’t let me return or cancel my auto pay. Hung up on me and won’t accept my calls. Now I’m stuck paying on a pos car I can’t drive. BBB here I come

This review has been edited. When I first got this car I was stoked. Two months later my engine completely failed and blew out my whole exhaust system. While Edward’s DID replace the engine, they replaced it with a cheap engine that failed AGAIN a couple weeks later so it had to go right back in for an engine replacement so I was without my car for about a month total. Now only a short year later I have a rear main seal leaking and that is beyond fixable at this point AND I still owe almost 10 grand left on the loan. I highly recommend not coming here. It has been a long and painful experience when I thought I had finally caught a break.

If I could rate this place 10 stars I would! I was absolutely amazed with how fast and easy the whole process was. Jeremy did an outstanding job helping me find the perfect car for my family. Everything about this place screams TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE AND WORTH THE MONEY! I absolutely love my new ride!
