“My car broke down in the middle of the road a couple of weeks ago coming to the intersection. One of the employees saw from the store and came out with his pickup and tow rope and helped me get into the store’s parking lot. Another employee ran a free scan on my vehicle to help figure out what was wrong. They also offered to let us wait in the store until we could get the car fixed. Phenomenal service all around! Thank you!”

“Didn't even say hi welcome to AutoZone didn't even acknowledge me walking in the door.
They were too busy chatting about hunting don't know if I'll be back or not I had to walk up to the counter to get help not very impressed with AutoZone I work for an auto parts store and never once did I ever ignore the customer walking in or checking on other customers to see if they needed any help not once did none of the employees do this it's pretty disturbing. I bet the manager would like to know that's how external theft goes on it's from the employees not doing their job”
