You pay to stay somewhere that you can't enjoy all the extras.... but very sad and disturbing that you can't even get into the hot tub due to it bring turned into a kiddie pool. I'm all for kids having fun, that's why they have the pool but when you have 1yr old kids in that tempature is unsettling. And to know the staff won't do nothing about it. Isn't it a health issue especially when you taking the kids from pool to hot tub. Maybe I'm wrong. But to stay somewhere to gamble and all the extras...it's not worth it. Won't be back... waste of money. Could of came and gambled and just went home..

The one who was checking at the entrance. Caleb thinks he's a big deal. He saw me go out to move my car and when I came back he wouldn't let me in. The morrillo is arrogant as if it were a big deal. This casino sucks

I have been here 5 times at least and usually have a great time. This weekend I went with a group of 6 of us total and some of us traveled from out of town. The main guy checking IDs at the front decided my ID had too many “red flags” and had a supervisor come over to look at my ID. Long story short, they would not let me in and ruined everyone’s night.
I am 29 years old and have a full beard. On top of this, used my ID there multiple times without this issue…get new scanners or get new staff. What a joke.

I made a reservation over the phone with a representative at the council bluffs location and was told they have a 24hr cancellation policy. There was issues with the interstate being closed because of water levels and flooding so I decided I was going to cancel and called before 24 hour notice, but I kept getting told I need to speak with a manager regarding waiving the fee, who would not be in until 2. I called. At 2 Kimberly was still not in and then I see a $56 cancellation fee on my card before I got to speak with someone regarding cancellation. This is my first time booking and probably the last with the terrible customer service.

Really bad was escorted out because a73 year old man had an accident in the restroom .the men where not undrrstanding ,rude ,and pushy the man is autistic ,he comes there everyday . N ot anymore!!! If the bathroom contentant cant clean up a few drops of fecus maybe he should seek a different job !im sorry that happened ,it was intential.god bless we will take our money elsewhere .
