My home gym. 24/7, great small town gym. You do need a code to enter in the evening and at night. I'd recommend stopping in before 3pm or 4pm. Otherwise, great gym!

For a very small town fitness center I can't complain. Really good dumbbell selection (all rubber) and two squat racks, one usable for bench. Very clean and front area is all running machine stuff and some machine weights.

I have been coming for almost a month now. I LOVE it! There is a great variety of cardio machines, weight machines, a tv with DVD player to do various workout dvds, plus all kinds of other equipment! The staff is very friendly. I am down 20 pounds now with the help of this place!
