I ordered food about 45 minutes in advance on the app, got there right on time at 9 and was told 6 more minutes. Wasn’t a big deal since I like my food fresh. But it wasn’t 6 minutes, it was 15. I ordered a small pepp pizza and popcorn chicken, how wasn’t it done within a couple of minutes of when I ordered it for? It was frustrating but the cashier was nice and apologized for wait.

You have some pretty outstanding employees. On Sunday I was traveling home, stopped there to get gas, & my car wouldn’t start after. Not knowing anyone in the area, I went inside and the cashier gave me a name to call, she said if no answer come back in and she would help me figure something out. Got back out to my vehicle and an employee (name: Lena) stopped and said she would get her husband and be right back. They came back he jump started my car, & we were good to go. I offered him a little something for his trouble, but in true small town Iowa fashion, he politely declined. This Casey’s has always been our midway stop, because everyone is always so nice there,but this was way above and beyond. Thank you Lena & nice lady inside Sunday morning didn’t get her name.Bless you both!!

Always over an hour wait time for pizza at Correctionville. Only 1 oven running or saying I put the order for 30 min in the future when the confirmation on their website and email say ASAP order. I have ordered many pizzas at many different Casey's and this has been the worst experience.

Just don't. An entire store staffed by bitter Karens who make it their mission in life to project their hatred of their own career choices onto everyone around them. Lawton and Holstein aren't that far away.....

I’m a simple person. When I go into a Casey’s I expect few things; Dirty floors, greasy pizza and a scowling employee. That’s all. I don’t expect to be barked at by Ms. Trunchbull for choosing not to wear a mask.

Greasy pizza, grumpy staff, dirty bathrooms, just not what I have come to expect from Casey's General Store. I also didn't appreciate how rude the staff was to me about not wearing a mask, when I have a medical condition. I will not be stopping here again.
