Shopping at Windsor today, 5 pm on a Saturday and experienced the worst customer service ever.There was a very long wait for the fitting rooms, we waited for twenty minutes and were halfway to fitting rooms when their employee started scolding the entire store like we were misbehaving children- she yelled for everyone to hear, stating we all lost privileges to the fitting rooms because people aren't picking up after themselves so fitting rooms were closed. Many people mentioned how long they've been waiting as well as the fact people were polite in line and again were told we all lost our privileges to a fitting room and if we don't like it we can leave- exactly what was done not only losing a lot of business today but future sales as well. Looking at Google reviews this is a huge trend of this store so I question if it's policy and acceptable since it is a long standing complaint but its terrible business. There are too many options of where to spend our hard earned money to do so at a place that treats customers so terrible- fitting rooms aren't a privilege, it's a must prior to people handing over their hard earned money for your merchandise. I will never return or reccomend abd hoping to save someone the frustration we went through wasting our time in this store today.

Lady running the store on the evening of September 25th 2022 was extremely unprofessional. Rushing people through the process and giving out unwanted opinions when people were trying on dresses. It’s bad for business when an employee tells a customer “ I personally wouldn’t wear that, it looks gaudy with your skin tone. “ I hope for the sake of your business no one takes a comment like that lightly. She definitely will not keep my future business.

My daughter walked out excited about the beautiful dress and shoes that we ordered, in store. However, when we got home and looked online to show people what we'd ordered, we discovered that both the dress and shoes were actually cheaper online, yet our sales associate did not use those prices. Clearly, it was more important to earn the commission and charge us the in-store price, thinking we wouldn't know differently or couldn't do anything about it. If only I'd thought to look on my phone myself before leaving, I could've saved myself $20! I considered canceling the order and placing my own, but it was a Friday night, when customer service was closed for the weekend. So I emailed the company, and I was told they couldn't do returns or changes, so they won't even credit me the difference, like a truly customer-service oriented store would do.

Drove 2 hours for a special store called Windsor. The quality and selection were very disappointing. You cannot try anything on b/c the dressing rooms were closed and any special occasion dress was not allowed to be returned after purchase. Who is going to get a prom dress in that situation? Thankfully no dresses looked even remotely desirable so didn’t have to worry about that anyways. Whomever recommended this to me was not at this store.

They are supposed to open at 11:00 and I was standing outside waiting and it was 11:05 and they still wouldn’t open the doors. The employees kept looking at me so they knew I was there and they were just standing there chatting. I left and will take my business elsewhere :)

Employees were nice, and clothing was very cheap. I was expecting to spend 100 on a homecoming dress, but ended up spending 65 on a green velvet dress. I love the dress so much, definitely a great place for inexpensive clothing.

I came to Windsor to get an outfit for my birthday. I found outfit ideas and wanted to try a few on when I asked one of the women working, she seemed annoyed but I didn’t take offense at that time. I then asked and second and eventually a third time and the women rolled her eyes and seemed put off that it was her job to open a dressing room up for a customer. I was very polite and used “ma’am” so i know it was not me encouraging that behavior. It overall felt like an inconvenience that I was shopping at that store. I overall love this store but with employees like that I can take my money elsewhere :)

My little sister bought her first prom dress here and she loved it!! We were expecting to spend at least 300 on a dress but walked out of Windsdor only spending about 100 on the dress & shoes!!!! We got the dress around early April. My sister was VERY please with the customer service she experienced. she said the girl who worked there with the blue hair was so so nice to her. My sister struggles with body image & to say the least my grandma wasnt being very nice when my sister was trying on the dress... telling her to not gain any more & that she needs to lose weight. The girl with the blue hair helping them out made sure to tell my sister she is perfect in her own body and that she is beautiful no matter what. To hear that from a stranger for my sister she felt so much better about buying the dress she loved!
