Some of the most personable and kind employees at any branch. Genuinely love the games they play and are happy to answer anyone's questions. Everyone that works here goes above and beyond for customers. I'll just come to chat about magic with them and never feel like a bother.

I've been going to both the Coralville and Cedar Rapids stores for years! I have no complaints. Maybe the long lines sometimes, but that's a sign of the good business they do.

This place has a great variety, but if you're looking for a specific card +200$, they probably won't have it. We did pick up a Super NES, though, and it works perfectly. I wouldn't sell here either because they won't give you even 40% cash. Otherwise, they are great.

Went in 2 weeks ago and bought a ps5 controller only to realize the next week when I opened it there was a substance in the controller that was hard and white. I went back last week and they didn’t accept it back and said I didn’t buy it from there even though I had the receipt.

I would have given more stars because this is the only game store near by so it's the only place I can get this stuff! I had bought a Gameboy pocket and it stopped working around the time I had bought a Gameboy camera, also from them. The camera was returned a few days later, but the Gameboy pocket was past the 90-day warranty. Another time I had bought a copy of Pokémon Red, I had fun until later that day I noticed the save battery didn't work! They never told me it didn't work before, I got a exchange for a different Pokémon game. That's not why I'm writing this review. Today I bought Super Mario Land, only to find out that it was a ROMHACK put onto a fake cartridge. I don't want to come again, but I have a lot of old game consoles that need old games, so I will come back again.

Sold me repro games and hardware stating it was OEMWent in here on my way through town after getting food for just a few minutes and got a ps1, ps2, gameboy, and xbox360 hard driveThe 360 hard drive was a repro and they were very odd about when I asked to discuss it. It had the tag and label of a legit 250gb but ended up being a repro after they stated it was oemI get it might be tough to identify but they should be testing and making sure before selling it
