When you walk in they immediately try to get you out. I went in to get a new phone and completely pay off the rest of what I owed for the current phone because it broke and I wanted the new generation. After telling them I spent an hour online problem shooting my broken phone. An employee tried to turn it on and failed, then I was paired with an associate. We sat down at a table, he explained to me that I should go through insurance first. He, as a sales associate, explained the high cost of a new phone compared to an insurance claim. I had to insist on buying a new one. Then we went through the expensive process. I really don’t understand why I had to talk a salesman into selling me a newer phone or the eye rolls after walking in and asking for help. Super weird vibes in this store. Go to a different location.

This store is literally the worst Verizon store you’ll go to. They routinely lie to their customers regarding phone plans and trade ins, they also work off of commission and will NOT help you if they do need see dollar signs going in their pocket. Avoid this place like the plague if you’re able to.

A much better store than it was a year ago. Now it's ok. My wife and I were able to walk in and be greeted. We looked at phones (though it's limited to Apple, Google and Samsung products on display) and talked to a real person who was able to guide us through the options and prices. We were then able to purchase a phone, set it up, transfer the data and walk out the door with it. With the exception of looking at phones those are all things we were not able to do a year ago (2023).

Super helpful tech named Prince helped me troubleshoot and replace a broken phone. He was knowledgeable, listened to me, and helped me find the best option for me when I needed to purchase a new phone

Some of the worst service hear ever was my go-to store , not anymore, staff seemed put off to help saw rudeness to a couple of customers, lines like were a corporate store can't help you, we don't make the rules, go online you obviously have an account, figure it out., honestly considering switching services, stores do not want to help anymore with anything I don't even care about paying extra for the help but f the rudeness.
