Guys, there is only two people attending to a bunch of customers. You'll wait a long time before one of them attends to you. Crazy. Why can't they hire more people for Pete's sake ?.

I felt like the tech person only wanted to sell us something instead of helping us solve our problem.

Music in the place was so loud I couldn't hear what the sales girl was saying. I imagine they do that on purpose to throw off your concentration. Asked her to turn music down. Nope didnt happen and I left.

Switched to Verizon from Sprint this week - and SO grateful!!! Staff and service was awesome. After dealing with Sprint's horrible customer service and network issues, this was a welcomed change of pace. Thank you Verizon!!

I came in today to get a new SIM for my new phone. Bailey (I think that's her name) helped installing this new SIM on my phone and made sure that both 4G and calling worked. The whole process was free and involved little work on my part. I had to wait for bit, but the store was crowded, and sometimes you just have to be patient with a new mobile device. What matters is the result (I got my new phone to work with my existing Verizon account) and the communication (I was kept informed of the whole process). Overall a very positive experience! I've found that coming to a Verizon store is way more helpful than calling or chatting with Verizon customer service. These folks at the store really know what they are doing. A side note about the address: there used to be a Verizon store near Plato's closet, but that one is now closed, and to find this current (new) store, you just have to keep driving further in the direction of the Coralridge mall. My husband and I tried unsuccessfully yesterday to find the (old) Verizon store that we knew, but finally found this new place.

I had been trying to talk to customer service over the phone about my issues implementing my employee discount but they read off a script and ignored me. I managed to switch from this like 13Gs of data plan with roll-over to unlimited data and they took pictures of my badge and driver's license and got my discount implemented. My bill went from $150 to $75! I don't have Wi-Fi set up at home yet and I have been being a traveling CNA, so I have needed my phone for my job. I use it to power my tablet to watch TV shows and movies. It's my alarm clock, my camera, my video camera, my iPod, my flashlight, my "brain", my calendar, my GPS, my calculator... My phone is my everything. It's great to have it finally cost less!

I have been to this place multiple times and have not been helped once. In Iowa city/coralville it is the newest biggest and nicest Verizon store with the most employees yet some how the the wait is always an hour. Complete trash don't go in to this place.
