I would like to personally say what a great post office
I was trying to locate a package that had a wrong number and Danielle not only located it but ran to make sure the driver had the package for delivery to me

Waiting for a check, but no mail to tiffin in past three days and the mail that came in Tuesday went to our neighbors. Absolutely ridiculous and worthless delivery team.

This review is for Danielle. She had me a little upset, but she explained what the problem was, apologized and worked diligently to resolve my issue. Outstanding communication and outstanding customer service. Two thumbs up for Danielle. Thank you Danielle for making me have a glimmer of faith in customer service again.
