Never easy to upgrade a phone here. Expect to wait at least 1 hour. Today I waited 45 mins with 1 other in front of me. She got called up and not 5 mins later two other reps finished their customers. One comes up to me and says you want to upgrade right. I said yes. He goes on to tell me he can’t transfer my data because they close in 15 mins. They started telling this to other customers that came in about 20-25 mins into my wait so I thought I was excluded from that. Hate this store so much.

First the cellphone service is amazing. I had verizon then tmobile up here and this service has been amazing. Whats a shame is that there customer service is lagging significantly. The person, Nelson, he is a short guy with long hair and an ear ring…dont bother with him or his manager. He is the rudest person you have ever encountered. I decided to give their home internet a try. The item did not work out of the box. I called in and I was told the box was faulty and I should return. I figured i should probably just return it completely rather than be on the hook for a $300 piece of equipment that started out shoddy. So i told him briefly that i just wanted to return it. He became instantly aggressive and saying O had no reason to return it and I would have to pay the $35 restocking fee. He insisted I was being unreasonable and he would not listen. He also refused to understand my confusion about having to pay for a faulty piece of equipment. I contacted corporate to get help since he would could not calm down and listen to deescalation…once it was determined they were a corporate store, the representative asked to talk to him. He refused saying he is not going to entertain me. The representative was floored. Just insane all the way around. Avoid this store like the plaque they are. Corporate agreed to waive the fee from my bill.

If I could give zero stars I would. The representative that signed my family up for a phone plan gave incorrect information that caused our service to be disconnected and me to have to spend hours on the phone to correct. They were trying to charge me $325 more than I was supposed to pay on top of taxes being double what the salesperson quoted. I had to talk to 5 different people before my bill was corrected, service restored and the $325 credited and waived. When I went to the physical store for help, I was told they could not help me get things corrected because it wasn’t their job. According to the young man at the store employees jobs at the store was to make sales and the managers job was to run the store. The only thing he could do was print out the bill and I needed to call customer service. I was informed the employee that made the sale was on vacation. At no point did the manager step in to try to be of any assistance. According to that store, it is customer service’s job to fix things. I went to the store because customer service had directed me to. Thank God for Andre, the over the phone supervisor who took the time to look everything over and make corrections right away, and restore services versus the others who told me I needed to pay the incorrect bill amount for services to be restored and then in 1 to 2 billing cycles I would be credited.

They cheated me by offering "Free" promotional items that we ended paying for 12 months on our statement. Do not open new accounts with them, and, if you are existing do not accept any "free" or promotional items. I'm so disappointed. I will be seeking a new carrier.

Nelson is the most patient most reserved sales associate I’ve dealt with. He does not bombard you or get pushy. He listens to what you are saying and only acknowledges the things you want without trying to sell you everything in the store. And I know he’s good because I didn’t want to spend money but I DECIDED to spend money ?. Job well done! The store also has a great environmental with great staff. It’s a place you don’t mind waiting for help. Simply amazing!

This used to be my favorite store to visit, but this last time I waited for 15 minutes while the free employees were sitting around talking, as no one would acknowledge that I was there; the dude acted like he was super bummed out he had to do his job and help me. He had another kid with him that seemed to be training and all he did the whole time was attempt to dodge having to do anything. Then finally told me how I could actually do this myself from home, which works most of the time. And that there's another store closer to where I live that can help me if it doesn't work.On another note, this store and company sold me a faulty phone that does not work. I have had 5 or more warranty claims in my first 6 months of ownership and it still does not work. Every single customer service rep has told me the company won't do anything about their faulty, garbage phone that just will not function and I'm out of luck. I'm switching to a different provider as the service also has gotten a lot worse. With random deaf spots and spotty coverage in areas that previously I had full strength. US Cellular has betrayed my trust in them and has convinced me that they are no longer the correct choice.

I stopped in the store at 6pm and waited 35 minutes before being addressed and then when they did come talk to me it wasn’t a welcome but it was we close in 25 minutes. I used to be a DM over a cell phone company and I would have come I glued if one if my reps treated a customer that way. There were three people in the store and three reps and the one middle eastern employee, came out just said just to tell me they close soon. I under short staffing however you do not treat customers like that.

This store management is s horrible. I was warned to go to the Iowa City store for better service but thought I would give them a try. I bought a new phone and brought it home and it would not charge. The phone was "a dud". They replaced the phone but then charged me twice for it. It's been such a headache and hassle to get a refund. Do not use the store and go to Iowa City instead.

Beware. The long hair jerk will leave information out and will screw you over. Took my an hour on the phone with billing to get my account straightened out and get my trade in money.
