Worst customer service I have ever received. A package continued to be delayed when sent to me but there was no communication from UPS to tell me why. "Trey" advised me that "corporate" was not allowing them to deliver a package to me because there was construction on my street (I have received packages from Amazon, Fed Ex and the USPS in the last two weeks). I asked him why they aren't communicating this information to corporate when they are local and know what streets are open. He asked me if he was supposed to call the CEO and tell him that (CEO is a woman BTW). Explained to him that part of customer service is getting things done and he told me I should call the CEO to tell her my street is open. He told me if I wouldn't go pick up the package at the Coralville center or one of their drop points he would just send it back and then I wouln't get it at all. I asked for a manager and was told there isn't one and I should just call the 800 number. In the past I have always picked UPS for shipping because their drivers are nicer and more professional than the Fed Ex or USPS people. After this experience, I will definitely shop around more and UPS will be my last choice.

They said they had our package on the phone but when we drove their they didn't and left us a note saying to go pick it up but we drove there for nothing

I just wanted to give a shout-out to Jeff. I figured a package I was awaiting was lost forever, but Jeff called me late on a Friday afternoon to let me know that the package was at his center. He knew it contained food that would require refrigeration. I really appreciate the extra effort he made to contact me!
