“Took my vehicle in for a complimentary tire install after spending over a grand on a new set. No complaints about the customer service rep who sold me the tires, but the “technicians” (if you could even call them that) are an absolute joke. I noticed that two of my OEM hubcaps were broken upon pickup. Nobody mentioned anything until I pointed out the problem. I would be more understanding if they were transparent, took ownership of their mistake, and given me a solution; though this shouldn’t have happened in the first place. Not to mention all the grease smeared on my wheel and wheel wells. Overall, unacceptable service and dishonest behavior. Avoid this place if you care about your car and expect to receive it back in the condition it was in.

“I called from the side of I80 on a Saturday afternoon after an issue on a trip from Madison to Omaha. The very friendly staff (especially Susan who drove in from another location to fill in for a sick manger that day) confirm they had our tire size and would get us in. Thirty minutes later we arrived and they jumped to get to delivering on their promises. Not only got us back on the road but stayed late to make sure of it.
